About this villa rental

Enjoy a beautiful villa in this peaceful area, with landscaped swimming pool, a private south-facing garden with spectacular views over the Luberon valley to Saignon. For total comfort the villa is fully air-conditioned (all bedrooms and living room). The Villa is elegantly renovated with Luberon stone and tiles.

Upstairs; a double bedroom, air conditioning, connected bathroom and balcony with stunning views. Ground floor: Living room; air conditioning, 2 sofas, TV, dining table and sliding glass doors to the terrace. The spacious kitchen has stone surfaces, modern appliances, American fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, breakfast table and direct access through French doors to the terrace with dining table for 8 people for outdoor dining and a large Weber gas barbecue. Overlooking the swimming pool and garden, on the ground floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom and a further air-conditioned bedroom with two single beds (these can be made into a double bed on request). The two bedrooms have direct access to a terrace and share a shower room and separate WC. A further double bedroom on the ground floor has a large connected bathroom, air conditioning and French doors to the garden with easy and free access to a small terrace. There is a separate laundry room; washing machine, dryer and double sink.
There are several south facing terraces to relax and enjoy the spectacular views and tranquility of this peaceful neighborhood. The villa is located at the end of a private driveway and accessed through large iron gates.

The picturesque villages of Bonnieux, Lacoste, Ménerbes, Roussillon, Gordes and Lourmarin are easily accessible by car. The popular and picturesque towns of L'isle Sur La Sorgue and Fontaine Vaucluse are 30 minutes away by car. The market town of Apt is a 5 minute drive from the Villa and has a variety of restaurants, bars, shops, supermarkets and boutiques.

The property is in a superb area, full of natural wonders and charming hilltop villages. There is loads to do. The nearest town, Apt, has a fantastic Saturday market but is a busy place all through the week with nice boulangeries and café/restaurants as well as big supermarkets. The outdoor activities on offer vary from walking, cycling, river swimming, canoeing, climbing, etc. The villa itself is really well equipped (kitchen, utility) and has a lovely pool - very clean and pleasant and big enough to enable lots of playing with kids (ours are 10-14) for hours. Terrace and pool are south-facing, there are mature trees in garden and sun is shaded from late afternoon, which can be great on the really hot days. Rooms are well sized, not lavish but functional and comfortably furnished. Overall a great place to stay in a really tremendous part of France.

We spent a week in this beautiful part of Provence, the house was just perfect for us, it had everything we needed for a great holiday! Lovely pool with a large terrace, plenty of room for outdoor dining and very peaceful. Good communications from the friendly owner and a fast and efficient return of our deposit. We would certainly recommend the house if you want an away from it all break and a good location for discovering the Luberon national park.

A lovely place in a beautiful and peaceful part of Provence.The villa was well equipped had good sized rooms and 3 showers, so no waiting for the bathrooms! The table on the patio had room for eight, we enjoyed a lot of outdoor meals under the large parasols. The BBQ was big enough to cook for all of us and often in use for our long dinners. There was plenty of room for resting around the lovely shaped pool while the large parking area became a spot for learning how to play boules, that became very competitive!The property was well positioned for visiting the many pretty villages in the area, vineyards for stocking up on wine and some great markets for our food. We rented bikes from the local town after discovering some great cycle routes, next time we will bring our own as it was such fun.Highly recommended, we plan on coming again.

We enjoyed the location of the villa. It was close enough to Apt and far enough that we felt in Provence (Smells and sounds!). The house was clean and had all we needed. Over all a really great place with a great pool!

We had an excellent family holiday, lovely views from the villa. Lovely hill top villages to visit. Saignon was rather special.The villa was clean and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen and lovely pool. We were disappointed with 2 of the downstairs bedrooms which were small and shared a very small shower and separate small toilet. The other bedrooms were fine with en suite bathrooms.

This is a very nice, well maintained property with an excellent pool and friendly, accommodating owners. The property has all the mod cons necessary and has sufficient supplies of cutlery, crockery and glassware. The property is a great position with all the most interesting parts of the Luberon easily reachable without too much of a drive. Thoroughly recommended.

We stay 2 weeks in this home , we were 7 personnes and 2 children and everybody feel good during the stay .We got some visit and the people said that we were lucky to be here . The people for the maintenance are disponible and charmant . A lot of things to do Cycling on the calavon track , climbing in a world class cliff in Buoux etc etc. From the first contact with the owners we fell that it will works. Sorry for my English . Jean

Une piscine de rêve, une grande maison avec 4 chambres et beaucoup d'espaces, des transats et des parasols en quantité largement suffisante, un barbecue à gaz suffisant pour cuisiner pour 10 personnes... cette maison était parfaite pour nos deux semaines de vacances, à 5 minutes en voiture d'un excellent boulanger et d'un primeur. Cerise sur le gâteau, l'hôte est constamment à votre écoute pour résoudre le moindre problème. Que demander de plus ? Même le prix est tout à fait correct pour le Luberon...

Nous avons pleinement profité de cette belle propriété située au calme. La piste cyclable se trouve à 600m. Tout est parfait dans la maison, confortable, propre et fonctionnelle. Elle convient parfaitement pour notre famille composée de 5 adultes et 2 enfants. L’équipement est super et tout est opérationnel. Nous avons adoré la piscine bien dessinée au milieu d’un parc très agréable et propice au repos. A recommander.

Très belle location. Les 4 adultes et 2 enfants (7a et 4a) de la famille on vraiment apprécié La maison est nickel, fonctionnelle, de bon goût, très bien équipée partout (cuisine, chambres, extérieur etc) Belle vue, jardin agréable, piscine idéale pour les enfants, calme. La localisation est elle aussi très bien (proche des commerces et des beaux villages du Luberon Brian (le propriétaire) et Jean Raphaël (l'agent de gestion) sont très sympathiques. Donc que du positif pour des belles vacances

Belle villa spacieuse, très bien équipée

Nous avons séjourné du 9 au 16 juillet (trop court !!!) dans cette jolie villa à la campagne mais à proximité de Apt (4 km) ou l'on trouve tout le nécessaire (alimentation, marché, artisans...). La villa est assez vaste pour recevoir toute notre petite famille (8 personnes). Tout le confort moderne est présent, la seule exception serait l'absence de climatisation pour les périodes très chaudes (mais malgré les 30 degré quotidien durant notre séjour cela ne s'est pas avéré nécessaire). Je conseille donc cette location qui à un bon rapport qualité / prix (surtout hors saison)
