About this house rental
In the heart of Pacific Palms is Annabelle's Beach Holiday House with everything provided for your relaxing getaway.
Excellent location between Elizabeth Beach, Wallis Lake, Recky club, resort and markets. Just bring the family and enjoy yourselves. Fully fenced property with a large lawn to relax on or for kids to play outside. The deck has a four burner BBQ and outdoor seating for 8. Inside there is a large lounge with 3 leather sofas, 60" TV with Disney+ Sonos etc, and lots of games, puzzles and toys for kids and adults. Unlimited Wifi and Aircon in all 3 bedrooms.
Indoor and outdoor dining/living areas. Large well equipped kitchen with stone bench tops and appliances. Leafy green outlook to bush and beautiful garden. Outdoor night lights for a serene experience. Lots of niceties available eg. outdoor chairs, beach trolley and tent, bikes and kayaks. Record player and Bluetooth stereo. W/M Dryer Dishwasher etc.
Nearby on the lake side are the library, playground, tennis courts and the Pacific Palms Community Markets are held on Sundays during holidays and the last Sunday of each month (palmsmarkets.com.au) and the Pacific Palms Recreation Club (PPRC) is a great spot for a bistro meal with sunset views over Wallis Lake. The Lake is perfect for water activities such as fishing, kayaking, stand-up paddle-boarding or it is a pleasant walk to Elizabeth Beach for a surf swim. The area is also a bush walkers and birdwatchers paradise on the doorstep of Booti Booti National Park. More info here:

Two Queen bedrooms with wardrobe, bedside tables, reading lamps, wireless charger, ceiling fan and aircon. The master bedroom also has an ensuite with Toilet and walk in Shower.
Third bedroom or kids room has 2 bunk beds (sleeps 4), a chest of drawers and a smaller wardobe, reading lights, and also with air-con.
Linen and towels are provided, and there are pillows and quilts for all beds as well as additional blankets for winter months.
Annabelle's is equipped with a dishwasher and Nespresso coffee maker and various other appliances in the kitchen, washing machine and dryer in the laundry, and a washing line outside.
The large main bathroom has a walk in shower and a bathtub. There is also an outdoor shower and hoses outside. If you have a baby, there is a high chair and a portable cot available.
Unlimited NBN Wi-Fi is included. Mobile reception is good for Telstra and Optus but Vodafone is patchy. Please note there is a street facing security camera above outdoor parking. As per booking conditions, parties or events are not permitted. Any unauthorised events or parties breaching these conditions will result in the immediate cancellation of your booking.
Tea and coffee are provided as are condiments, BBQ utensils etc. House is well supplied, accessible and child friendly. Long Weekends and School Holidays are 3 night minimum stay. Feel free to ask any other questions about Annabelle's Beach House and have a lovely stay.

Stuart, our host was very welcoming, helpful, and quick to respond. The house was perfect for us (two families of four with kids aged 1-9), enough space and had everything we needed. Great peaceful location, despite the semi-main road and Temper Trap playing about 200m away one night!

We had a memorable Christmas holiday stay there. The house is comfortable and a well-equipped holiday home with a beautiful yard, garden and deck. We had a very relaxing time just sitting on the deck and sometimes playing with kids outside apart from visiting the surroundings. The outdoor lightings were simply amazing. The property location is great for quick trips to local attractions. Stuart is a super friendly host and quick to respond.We definitely recommend

We stayed at Annabelles for 4 nights over Easter. We found the place clean with everything two families need to make our stay enjoyable. The check in/check out process was easy same with communication with the host. The property is in a great location, close to the lake, beach and The Recky club. We have no complaints and would recommend Annabelles to anyone .
