About this villa rental
Villa Tatoli is a charming 4-bedroom villa, spacious and traditional, offering exceptional privacy in a beautiful rural setting. Its perfectly maintained gardens, terraces, and panoramic views of nature make Villa Tatoli the ideal place for those who enjoy outdoor living.
Access to the villa is via a picturesque rural path leading to the car park and main entrance. Upon entering, an elegant stone arch leads to the spacious living-dining room. From here, patio doors open to a covered terrace and the pool area. The fully equipped kitchen offers all the necessary comforts for a holiday where homemade cooking can be enjoyed, and also includes a practical utility room with washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The villa has 4 cosy bedrooms, all with air conditioning and tastefully decorated. The master bedroom, with a double bed, has an en-suite bathroom with shower. The other three bedrooms are equipped with two single beds each. Additionally, there are two additional bathrooms: one near the kitchen and another in the corridor connecting the bedrooms.
The gardens of Villa Tatoli are a true oasis, with extensive lawn areas, palm trees, and a traditional Mallorcan stone barbecue with a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying delicious outdoor meals. The generous L-shaped pool, with Roman steps, is surrounded by lawn and offers ample space for sunbathing on the loungers arranged around it.

Important information to keep in mind:
In the event of key loss or if keys are left inside the accommodation, a charge of 50 € will be applied during office hours and 75 € outside of office hours. New keys must be collected by the guest at our office.
On the check-out day, no rubbish should be left on the property. Guests must remove it; otherwise, a charge of 150 € will be applied for waste management.
The guest registration is required by law in Spain (Royal Decree 933/2021, of 26 October) and Greece (Law 4446/2016), therefore close to your arrival date, we will send an online check-in link for the registration of all guests.

Villa Tatoli is a wonderful place! It was as described in the fotos. We enjoyed our stay very much. All clean an comfortable and very tastefully furnished. Everything fully equipped and very nice.

Für uns 8 Personen hatte die Finca so ziemlich alles, was wir brauchten.
Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet Sonnen- sowie Schattenplätze. Der Pool war auch im Oktober noch spitze und wird 2x wöchentlich von einem sehr netten Spanier gepflegt. Die Terrasse ist geräumig mit einem Aussengrill, einem großen Tisch und einem Aussensofa. Innen war es sehr schön, auch wenn wir uns fast nur draußen aufgehalten haben.
Kleinigkeiten hier und da. Das größte Manko waren die Bettlaken mit Wolldecke (1 für zwei Personen). Da sollte man im Vorfeld mit der Agentur klären, dass genügend Bettwäsche vor Ort ist. Wir hatten zum Glück eigene Wäsche dabei.
