Nice house with swimmingpool and other activities. Nice welcoming by owner with snacks and drinks. We enjoyed staying in Villa, kids were excited. Owner also recommended the sightseeing places and other activities, everything was very near.

Wonderful experience, highly recommend for a relaxed holiday even in winter
The villa was fantastic, we stayed there around New Year and could really relax and enjoy the comfortable living room and fireplace, with wood made available for us. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedrooms are very comfortable. Even in winter, we were able to enjoy some of the outdoor space when the sun was shining (the multiple outdoor spaces allow to always have one with the right exposure to sunshine). You will need a vehicle but it is really close to the city center, supermarkets, marina... very convenient location. Antonio was really helpful and answered swiftly all of our questions, and even prepared a snack for our arrival as he knew we had a long drive before arriving.
The only downside was the water heater, with only 80 Liters for the main bath. Probably not an issue in summer, but for winter stays make sure to ask upfront how this will work, especially if you're a large group.

Exceptional
House well positioned to visit Trogir, Split, Zadar, Murter, Primosten and if course Sibenik. Very nice pool, many balconies and several chill out areas for evening drinks and chats with friends. The hosts are extremely kind, we felt very welcome!

Perfect villa for few days of relaxing
The facilities are great. You have got different cool areas around the house, airconditioning in the main areas, and enough space for large groups! The host is very friendly, makes you feel welcome and handles everything very smoothly!
There is no airconditioning in the bedrooms, which makes it quite hot during summer days. There is a fan though. And there is one really small room where the door hits the bed when you open it.

Absolutely perfect spot for peaceful family vacation or less peaceful with friends.
We liked literally everything, from the interior, equipment, host, everything, But the best thing is definitely the yard with the summer kitchen, pool, kids playground and a bar. Yes, a bar with all the equipment you need for cocktails including the ice maker.. Perfect.
