Very nice renovated, beautiful location, Francesca and her staff are very friendly and available, interior and exterior is stunning and well kept.
Breakfast could have a little bit more choice.

Everything was exceptional. This has to be the best booking ever. The tower is beautiful, it has the best accommodations, and the staff is so wonderful. And the view from the Galileo room is out of this world. I can't wait to return.

Place was amazing! The location, the room, the Inn itself, the atmosphere, little cozy restaurants around. Highly recommend it if you want to stay in Tuscany’s country side.
Lack of communication on when we can come. I received a call 6pm the day we had to check in and lady asked why i’m not there. We were still an hour away( had issues with rental car). So she said she won’t wait and mark us as “no show” and we would lose all reservation. I was a bit shocked as you can imagine. After pleading with her she agreed to let us stay remainder of time we booked but only she will let us in next morning. We had to find a place in Siena to stay overnight. Not a pleasant experience for sure. Never got a refund for lost night or got covered for the one i had to pay to stay in Siena. On the bright side, we got to see Siena next morning, it was amazing 😀
