The host was very kind and friendly, she tried to accommodate all our requests and even granted a refund for one wrong night that we booked. Sabunike was super quite but it is highly recommended to have a car. Beach is 10min away, but bring some shoes for it, as the are little rocks on it.

room is cozy but too little for a family of 3. Supermarkets in sabunike was crazy expensive and without a car is a long walk under the sun to reach the next city, Nin.

Cozy, new, modern feeling. Available kitchen equipment. Big terrace. The sandy beach is within a walking distance (10-15 min).

When we arrived, we couldn't find anybody there. We called the phone number in the booking notes and noone answered. We got scared a bit (after driving 10 hours in the heat it is understandable), but some minutes later they called back and everything was smoothed out. Three beds were in our appartment. The AC was blowing air directly to one of the beds. (Without AC the nights are unbearable.) (This is a minor thing, but the pan in the kitchen is deeply scratched, I wouldn't use it for anything.)

Nice quiet place with a Beach close to it, if you want somethin to rest and enjoy the sun on a comfy terrasse then it's the place for you.
