About this villa rental
Spread out and enjoy your very own sunny six bedroom, four bathroom villa in Windsor Hills Resort. Best of all, it is only two miles to Walt Disney World!
Decorated and furnished with special care to be child-friendly, and to offer adults a relaxing and calm atmosphere.
This home is perfect for families, groups of golfers or friends, relocated executives, business travelers, or even extended family reunions. You will love the sun-filled extended screened Lanai with your own private pool and hot tub! Upstairs you will find three master suites with king-sized beds and two en suite bathrooms.
Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms with two twin beds. On the lower level, the sixth bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a flat LED TV with cable! The family room is equipped with comfortable seating, a 50' large screen cable LED TV.

With our additional living room, there is plenty of space to spread out. Movie rentals are available on-site in the clubhouse. We provide Secure Wireless Roadrunner high-speed Internet access and free unlimited long distance phone calls within the US! For those travelling with young children, this is the place for you!
We provide a Pack-N-Play playpen, stroller, and high chair free of charge. You will love enjoying a leisurely breakfast while the kids splash happily in the pool. Our game room will keep the kids (and adults) busy with Air Hockey, Pool Table and Playstation 4 game console. Imagine coming home after a fun-filled day at Disney World or Universal Studios, tucking the kids into bed in their own rooms, and enjoying a late dinner or relaxing in the hot tub with your spouse. (Pool heat is optional / additional)
No need for the whole family to have 'lights out' at 8 p.m. when the kids go to bed as you would in a hotel. Many restaurants and shops are within one mile of the house. Groceries, medical clinics, Walmart, and a 24 hour pharmacy are all within minutes. There is golf right next door at beautiful Mystic Dunes. Dozens of other championship golf courses are within 5 miles!
Windsor Hills is a gated resort with 24 hour security. It is filled with family fun, including a huge pool with water slide, hot tub, splash fountain area, sundry shop, fitness centre, kid's playground, arcade, putting green, tennis and volleyball courts, and even a movie theatre!
Disney World is less than five minutes from our house. Universal Studios and Sea World are fifteen minutes away. In between, you will find all the shopping and fun you could dream of. Please see our website, 2 miles to Disney, for information on all of the great area attractions.
We have a wonderful local caretaker who will ensure that the home is ready for your arrival and respond to any needs that arise during your stay.
And of course we provide fresh linens and towels, and an expanded starter package of soaps and paper products. We can't wait to welcome you as guests in your 'home-away-from-home!

We visited with 4 adults and 4 children. The hot tub and pool were great way to unwind at the end of the day after visiting the theme parks and the on site community water park and splash pad were great for our rest days when we were not at parks. The on site washer and dryer were appreciated by the adults, while the kids enjoyed the game room. This was a great value and close to the parks and other area attractions. The owners were responsive on answering our questions leading up to and during our stay. We would gladly book here again in the future.

Great location and clean home. Needs some updating with new pool cues and kitchen pans/knifes and cutting boards. The house is so great for a large family, but the pans, skillets and cutting board are for small families. Those are the only reason for 4 stars. I would 100% rent here again.

Perfect location, lovely estate and brilliantly attentive owners, as soon as we had any issues or questions they answered straight away. A couple of the beds were a little squeaky etc but seem to be the case in most US rental properties. Would stay again, thanks again!

Due to miss communication with owner and cleaners. We were not registered at the gaurd shack when we got there and the house was not cleaned and no bedding. We did not arrive until late so there was no one that could assist us. We slept on couch and our daughter and her friend had to share the only clean bed. We did get a hold of the owner and we needed to take all our stuff back out of the house and leave until after the cleaners were done, it was a waste of a day. Once the cleaners were done we were able to get back in and everything was fine. Just disappointed have never had this happen before.
