Welcome to spend a fantastic vacation at our newly renovated villa in Khao Lak, BEST POSSIBLE LOCATION with walking distance to the beach, more than 50 restaurants, our new live entertainment square, the famous Night Market with more than 100 shops, massage & beauty salons, bars and cafe's.
We are committed to making sure our guests have a wonderful experience all the way from arriving at the airport until they check out, including amazing activities at discounted price through our tour operator service partner.
We have installed new air-conditioning units, fridge / freezer with ice maker and a water purification system in the kitchen, waching machine and dryer in the laundry room, new TV in living room, refurbished swimming pool, new patio sunroof on the second floor barbeque lounge, new toilets, outdoor furniture and several other improvements around the property to make sure you're going to have a wonderful vacation in the land of Smiles.
EVERYTHING IS INCLUDED : Electricity, Airport Transfer (one trip), gas, water, internet and final cleaning. Fully air-conditioned house, 5 minutes walk to beach, numerous restaurants and the famous Night Market!

This magnificent villa is absolutely perfectly located - secluded with no neighbors yet walking distance to paradise sandy beach, shopping, numerous local and international restaurants, massage parlors and bars as well as the popular Night Market which is a large open air market where you find more than 100 stalls offering everything from fresh meat and vegetables to clothes and souvenirs at very good price.

Transfer from Phuket Airport to our house Included for all new bookings of minimum 7 days - The chauffeur of our service partner will wait for you at the terminal exit and bring you safely to our house.
The chauffeur can offer you a wide range of day tours around the area at very reasonable price while you stay with us. Our spacious villa offers 4 large bedrooms, all of which have en-suite bathrooms and wardrobes. These air-conditioned surroundings comprise a lounge, dining room, western kitchen, laundry room, not to mention the large terrace and balconies stretching all around the second floor, providing great views of the mountains and river that flows next to the house.
Our villa is self service, meaning there's no maid or other services included. We do however have a house keeper that looks after the house and maintain the pool, they can assist you if you would like help with cleaning / maid service, or if something breaks during your stay.

Khao Lak is surrounded by rice fields and rubber, palm and coconut plantations. The interior is covered in magnificent natural jungle and rises to meet high hills, cut by streams and cascading waterfalls such as Saeng Thong, Lam Roo and Chong Fa. The tranquil tourist resort of Khao Lak can be found 70km north of Phuket International Airport and can be accessed in less than one hour from Phuket. For only two people this house is definitely too big. We knew it from the beginning, but its surroundings made us to decide to go there anyway for nearly 2 weeks. And we did not regret our decision.From the very beginning – the one way transfer from Phuket airport is included and very easy – we felt at home in this nice house: A big and clean pool, with a well maintained garden to observe squirrels and chipmunks as well as many exotic birds. Additional due to sufficient ameneties in the kitchen there is everything to make your stay very comfortable. Since my wife has some problems with shiftet disks the state of the mattresses are important for her. And they where indeed extremly comfortable causing a good quality sleep. From the house you need to walk only less than 10 minutes to reach everything. Small supermarkets, the night market (for us a little too much on the touristtrap side), lots of nice restaurants, a small but interesting tsunami museum and the pleasant beach. So the time we had there went by very fast. To a most likely self induced problem with a door lock from our side we got very fast help from the housekeeper and the entire communication with the owner was friendly and helpful. So although this house is „oversizing“ us by far we definitely would choose it again when deciding to return to Khao Lak. So Jackie, thank you very much having us there. Nice house with big rooms so it’s easy to share with big families or friends. Great pool area and near both the beach and restaurants and shops.

The property was very clean and beautiful! It was a perfect stay! The kids loved the beautiful pool. The owners were very responsive to messages. The area was quiet but close to lots of things! Cannot recommend highly enough!!!

Houses/Villas are hard to find in Khoa Lak as most accommodation is based within a resort. The house is situated in a private location just behind the main Market which is held 3/ 4 times a week. It's an easy walk to the bars and restaurants as well as the beach. Lucky, the dog who has decided to live at the house (outside), is delightful and no bother at all.
The best view is from the back of the house. It's great to watch the birds and other wildlife. The front of the house looks on to the back of a large hotel which is not so inviting. There is a Burmese camp just down the road towards the beach which looks a little disconcerting at first. It's for the construction workers. We had no problem at all, the people were friendly. It was just sad to see the conditions they have to live in.
The house itself is a little tired. The kitchen is OK but needs new cupboard doors, worktops etc. When it was first built it looks like they used good quality fixtures and fitting throughout but it is now ready for an update/ refurb . I was a little disappointed as the photos must have been taken a long time ago. The lovely Jacuzzi bath is very interesting as it's impossible to get in. It's so high up and doesn't have any steps.
A word of warning, the electricity bill, at the end of your stay can be a shock. I'm used to air conditioning etc as I have a house of my own in a hot climate and even using it very frugally, just two people, over 18 days our bill was approx £100. The pool filter is the problem as it needs to run 18 hours a day to keep the water in good condition.
The pool is great but it's a challenge to keep the water right to swim and we had a couple of days when it wasn't good. If you are a large group please note there is limited room around the pool and only 3 main sun loungers. I had high hopes for this house as the communication from the owner was first class, although somewhat instructional. We have rented many times, via this site and in many countries and in a couple of instances returned to the same Villa. This is our first time in Thailand. We loved it and will return next year but not to this house which probably summarises this review.
