About this villa rental
In the village of Pinezići on the island of Krk, 600 meters from the sea and the beach, there is the newly built luxury stone villa. This 5 star villa is 195 m2 in size and includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms and a toilet.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), a room and bathroom. From the living room you can access a covered terrace with seating and barbecue. Right next to the terrace is a pool of 40 m2 with sundeck and 8 sun loungers where you can enjoy your time with family and friends.
Upstairs are four spacious bedrooms with double beds and three bathrooms. In the living room is a Schlafoffa so that the house can accommodate a total of up to 10 people. The terrace offers a breathtaking view of the sea; the villa is fully air conditioned and has free wi-fi.
The nearest restaurant and shop is 200 meters away, and a beautiful beach (with restaurant and caffe bar) is 600 meters away (only 8 minutes on foot).
Villa also has a gym.
The villa is very well and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature and offers everything you need for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.
From the villa you can explore the entire island, as all places on the island of Krk are 10-25 minutes away by car. The island of Krk is known for its crystal clear sea, cycling routes, good food and wines, historic sights and is an excellent choice for all the nature lovers and tourist attractions that this island offers.
The small village of Pinezići, where the villa is located, is ideal for those who want to escape the stresses of everyday life and stress. Town Krk has beautiful old churches, city walls, towers and remains of the ancient Romans, Vrbnik is famous for its vineyards and excellent wines, Punat has the largest marina on the Adriatic, the island Kosljun, has the famous Franciscan Monastery and Museum, Baška has one of the Soline Bay has healthy mud and cave Biserujka. In all these places there are many restaurants where you can taste fresh fish, wine and other specialties, book trips with fishing and tourist boats and undertake a submarine cruise

Wonderful place, great host!! Goran is really kind and makes you feel welcome from the very first moment. The house is beatiful, clean and totally meets the description of the object. And the beach next to Pinezici is also a wonderful place to spend your holiday for adult and children. We would love to come back!!!

Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus in einer ruhigen Lage. In der Nähe sind zwei kleine Märkte, da kann man morgens frisches Brot und Obst holen . Zum Strand sind es ca. 12 min. wobei der Rückweg aufgrund der Steigung für ältere Personen etwas anstrengend ist. Der Strand ist sehr schön mit zwei Bars, da kann man mittags sehr gut essen und trinken(Pizza, Hamburger usw.) An der Mocca-Bar kann man sich auch gut abends hinsetzen und beim Sonnenuntergang ein paar Cocktails trinken.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Schönes geräumiges Haus. Zum Strand ca. 10 Minuten.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundliche und zuvorkommend. Wir überlegen wieder dorthin zu fahren.
