This is a 1928 Craftsman house that have been completely Remodeled 2017.
We kept as much as we could to the era, with also the modern amenities.
Remodeled Kitchen, 2 Bathrooms, Laundry Rm, new tile floors, & refinished Original Hardwood floors, New Double pane Windows, new A/C..

Full 3 bedroom HOUSE (sleeps 7) has: granite counter tops: 1 bath with Bathtub/Shower PLUS additional shower, Double sinks, Toilet, 2 blow dryers.

The Granny Flat (attached to house) explained below is the 4TH BEDROOM & 2ND Bath.. (sleeps up to 2 people) on Queen Murphy Bed.
*Granny has: separate own entrance Door from or to Courtyard OR access from inside house:
There's a Door from Laundry Room (U can Lock) to keep separate should U choose.
For the grandparents or Adult children or guests.
Granny has 3 rooms: 1. Living Area, Wall A/C & heater, ceiling Fan, Queen Murphy Bed & 2 theatre chairs, Smart TV
2. Kitchenette: Gas stove/Oven, sink, garbage disposal, mini Frig/freezer,, & table w/ 4 barstools, Wardrobe Hanger & Linen Cabinet

What an amazing stay. It was just me, but I had a rotating cast of Guests. Everyone was blown away by the house. A beautiful back yard with a lovely breeze for book reading, chatting or dozing. 3 different living room set ups for games, tv watching or visiting. Kitchen was stocked for a serious cook. Comfortable beds with top class linen. The neighborhood has so many stores, restaurants and services within a mile of mostly level walking. I was there 3 months and felt safe and AT HOME.
Amazing. Simply amazing.

Brad and Linda were wonderful hosts for their immaculate home in South Park. We are a family of 5 and stayed for 7 weeks in what quickly felt not like a short term rental, but our own home in South Park. Brad and Linda really went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Lovely back yard with shaded gazebo and room for our young children to run around. Very central location for reaching everything in greater San Diego. Great cafes and restaurants within a few blocks walking distance and a very pleasant neighbourhood to stroll around. We were very happy with our choice.

The South Park neighbourhood is a real gem and our family of five really enjoyed the eclectic restaurants and cafes all within a block or two.
The house itself is immaculate and has everything needed for a very enjoyable stay. The beds are comfortable with good quality linens and there is an abundance of towels. The kitchen was stocked with everything imaginable and you can easily cook all your meals there.
I highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

We had a very pleasant experience with the owner and property. The owner was quick to respond, friendly, and accommodating. The property was gorgeous, very clean, and as advertised. Really nice location within walking distance to a number of restaurants and Balboa Park. We will definitely stay here again.
