Clean & comfortable apartment. The bar next door was loud until late but other than that, a good place to stay.

Practical, spacious & convenient for a visit to State College area for a weekend. Worked out perfectly for a group of 4 adults needing a place to crash for a night or two. Parking was very convenient, check-in was super easy, & the host was very responsive. The only drawback of the location is the bar next door can be a bit loud on a weekend.

Rented this property while in town for a PSU football game. Unit was spacious and clean. Beds comfy. Easy 10 minute drive to campus.

Overall, okay. Graduation weekend makes for tough accommodation searching. Kind of old, bath could use a facelift, but very convenient to PSU as well as the Waffle Shop and restaurants in Bellefonte. Would go back.
