The terrace welcomes you to eat every day away from the awning and parasols. You can also enjoy the sun on the meridian.

Heat is not a concern because the reversible air conditioning quickly cools the interior and will make you spend excellent nights.

The apartment has a kitchen open to the living room (with flat screen TV, DVD player), an independent bedroom allowing you to sleep a little later when the early risers take advantage of the terrace and the sunrise, a bathroom / toilet to remove salt from your daily swimming and a large closet to store your personal belongings.

This apartment is rather very well equipped with kitchen utensils because we stay there very often.

Propriété correspondant à nos attentes . Appartement très confortable, propre , climatisé , fonctionnel pour un couple avec 2 enfants en bas âge .Terrasse très agréable , donnant sur le jardin de la résidence avec une petite vue sur la mer (plage à 100m). Garage en sous sol . Résidence très calme proche des commerces et restaurants .
