Guests staying in WaterColor will have access to the newly expanded WaterColor Beach Club. It features a new main pool and lounge area, second pool deck with additional lounge seating, and third pool with zero-entry, as well an enhanced WaterColor Grill, and new sunset bar, Costa Chica. All have scenic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
DETAILS: This beautiful home is located in the popular Camp District and is only steps away from Camp WaterColor! The pool, playground, and expansive Wood Fern Park are just across from your front door. Offering spacious outdoor areas with expansive porches, both screened and opened, and a floor-plan that is open, functional, and inviting, this home feels larger than others the same size. Sit back and relax while enjoying the soft summer breezes and a cool drink as the children play in the park. This 3-bedroom, plus bunk room (door to the room), 4-bath home will stand out. PLEASE NOTE: Effective March 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 80 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property was great but our experience with 360 this time was not. We had an issue with arm bands due to a recently changed policy and the number of guests or approved bands for our house (which per watercolor was 10) they would

A quick google of watercolor got me a number to call for the watercolor association who could not have been more accommodating or kind.
