Had a lovely time at Graham's appartment. The location was beautiful, the appartment had everything we needed plus more very homely and comfortable. Communication with Graham was quick and easy nothing was to much trouble. We even stayed a extra night as we loved it that much. We will definitely be booking again in the near future. We had a lovely stay, location and site have everything you could need for a seaside holiday. However the room could do with a deep clean ,carpets needs replacing and most of the lights were out aroud the apartment. More than 1 mirror and 1 bin would be handy (there is another mirror in onsuite if yout 6ft tall lol) master bed desperately in need of a new mattress (kids said bunk beds were absolutely fine) kitchen really well equipped, just needed a frying pan and a plastic jug.... Also make sure you are happy to be off grid, signal and WiFi terrible. (Makes the kids actially speak to u haha) Over all a great weekend just a small snagging list for future guests xxx

Stains on the carpet, broken freezer box in fridge it was taped up meaning fridge and our contents always wet!. Crumbs left on carpet but when we tried to hoover up hoover full so wasn't picking up. No hot water but to be fair the owner did send out a plumber on the Sunday morning so that was soon sorted. Kitchen utensils very sparse no frying pan only a couple of pans.

We had a lovely week as a family of 4. The apartment is really spacious and well equipped. Excellent value for the summer holidays. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the beach. WiFi signal wasn't great which was a challenge at times with two teenagers. Parking was good. Mattress in the main bedroom could do with replacing as it was uncomfortable. Overall though we had a lovely holiday.

The flat was a good size, in a great location and with good onsite facilities including ample parking. It would have been 5 star if the carpets were less stained, the mattresses were not so poor and uncomfortable (they simply need renewing!!)

We have stayed in this apartment before and find it excellent value for money and in an ideal location for our needs.The apartment is spacious and comfortable and is all on one level on the first floor.There are plenty of facilities at The Bay and access to the beach is about a 5 minute walk down a dedicated footpath.The beach is very clean and and nice to explore plus Filey is not to far away.There is also parking spaces just outside the apartment which is convenient.We had a short break and really enjoyed our stay and will definitely return in the near future.Thank you.

Loved staying in this spacious apartment, its a lot bigger than it looks on the photos. Excellent location & even though we stayed on Halloween it was very quiet especially to say it was in a school holiday. Hope to be back soon.

The apartment at The Bay Filey, is in a great location, easy parking and access to the apartment was easy. The apartment itself has a lovely feel to it, but a few things would make it even better - a frying pan, a few more oven trays for cooking, perhaps a welcome pack that had a dish cloth for washing pots. In between the sofa needs a good hoover, blind in the main bedroom doesn’t block the light, and the bunk bed mattresses need replacing. None of this impacted our stay, and I would return, just a few things that would make the place perfect!

Just returned from a 3 night stay with my mum and daughter, at this lovely, spacious, clean and well equipped apartment. It’s located on a lovely family resort- it has everything you need pool, supermarket, bar and a lovely 10 min walk to a secluded part of the beach. We especially enjoyed our evening walks here. Filey is about a 10 min drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider returning. Thank you Georgia and Family

We stayed here for a long week end recently and found it perfect for a lovely relaxing break. Very spacious. Comfortable beds. Nicely furnished. Only one minor "gripe" is that soap, washing up liquid and oven gloves should be included. Will definitely stay here again. Great host.

We stayed in this spaciacious 2 bed apartment. We were pleasantly surprised by thw amount of room there was. Perfect base for a few days on the beach. Be sure to bring washing up liquid/tea and coffee/foil etc. But if you come prepared like we were it will be a fantastic rental for you. We only wished we could have stayed longer. Communication prior to arrive from Graham was perfect. Gave us all the information we could have needed.

Property was well laid out. Would prefer washing up cloth and liquid. Place was clean and tidy except kitchen. Under sink pans looked like they had been thrown in. The crockery was all on top of each other in one cupboard instead of spread thru the 2 available. No mirror in main bathroom and one in en suite was too high. Swimming pool was shut on Wednesday and the pub charged high prices for beer. Lovely flat and good location

Property was well situated but the cleaning was a bit below par. On-site faculties were good although the Pub meals were pricy. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach & handy for visiting the local attractions.

We had a great 3 days at Aquamarine. The apartment was lovely with everything you needed. The facilities on site were great. We used the swimming pool, steam room and sauna which was clean and well kept. We popped into the pub for dinner one evening and staff were polite, a good range available on the menu. Drinks were slightly expensive but we only had the one.

Had a fab few days break at The Bay Filey exploring the local area.The apartment was very spacious and kept to a high standard.The location was perfect for our stay and exceeded our expectations.Access to the beach was within a 10 minute walk from the apartment and we enjoyed the on site activities which included a Pool , Sauna, Steamroom and Gym.Communication from the owner was excellent and overall we were very impressed from start to finish and had a great and relaxing break. Spent a few days with my son at the property. We both had a great time visiting the local area, in particular the coast at Bempton, Filey, Robin Hoods Bay and Whitby. The flat was just what we needed, but we only really used it for sleeping as the weather was kind to us.

Needs some maintenance - basics such as doors not shutting - no bins in bedrooms or bathrooms. No hand towels or t towels. No cleaning products for bathroom or kitchen. Never been anywhere before that did not provide basic cleaning products. Unable to adjust temperature in both showers. Did contact owner about this.

Great spacious first floor apartment in location as described. Enjoyed a nice stay at the bay, the apartment is nice and airy feels spacious with generous comfortable L leather sofa with sky Freeview channels & dvd player. Struggled to get WiFi useful for anything more than Facebook updates and emails checked the speed and less than 1mb not sure if theres a fault on the line perhaps that needs to be investigated with sky. Carpet to main living area looking abit tired and due for replacements ideally. Mattress to double room was on the soft, springy side, again maybe due for a replacement soon but the other half found it comfortable than others we have stayed, each to their own! Graham was in touch on resort facilities and great communication all round with resort map on check-in, can't fault the helpfulness - would stay again

Lovely two bed apartment, quietly situated, fully equipped with everything you'd need for the perfect stay. Very comfy bed and good quality bedding, which was very welcome. Would highly recommend and definitely book again
