About this apartment rental
The accommodation is located in a large villa with garden 60 meters from the sea. There are 2 similar units on the 1st floor, the rest remains available to the owners. It consists of an entrance hall, a lounge with 2 single sofa beds and a kitchenette, a bathroom with a 70x140 walk-in shower and a double bedroom with a walk-in closet. Large private outdoor areas with covered veranda with table and 6 chairs. A deep covered balcony around the perimeter protects the windows from direct sunlight

Abbiamo trascorso a Mongiove la settimana di Ferragosto. La casa è confortevole e dotata di un bel terrazzo. Ci siamo trovati bene ed il mare, vicinissimo all'abitazione, è molto bello. Il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile.

una proprietà confortevole. Attrezzata di tutto ciò che occorre per un tranquillo soggiorno. Importante il posto auto data l'esiguità di posti in strada; gentilissimi i proprietari che ci hanno seguito in ogni nostra esigenza facendoci sentire non ospiti ma amici. Un sentito grazie per la vostra accoglienza.
