About this villa rental
What awaits you is a beautiful structure surrounded by a green olive grove, with 4 comfortable bedrooms (double / twin, one with terrace) equipped with spacious wardrobes, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen and a lounge. You can have lunch on the large veranda surrounded by flowers and relax and unwind in the evening comfortably in deck of the porch. Upon your arrival you will be greeted by a typical fruit basket and a cool drink. We provide 2 outdoor showers, the barbecue with outdoor kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, fans, television, ping pong table. Ideal for those with children (for which there is a special price at under eight years) who can play free in the garden.
The villa, in fact, has a large outdoor space and a good part is used for parking. It is 5 minutes from the nearest beach facilities ('Ciammarita') and 10 minutes from the beaches of Trappeto and Balestrate. At 20 km you can reach by highway Castellammare del Golfo, very interesting city and appreciated also because of the location 'tourist named Scopello, famous for its tuna fishery and the clarity of its sea and its position on the sidelines of the Zingaro Nature Reserve that extends for 7 km.
At 64 km you can 'reach San Vito Lo Capo, one of the most' beautiful and famous Sicilian beaches, not to mention a passage in Segesta located at 33 km, with its majestic park archeologioco. Culture lovers can reach in 45 minutes Palermo, the capital, to visit the historic buildings and the famous markets of the city, or in 50 minutes to reach the city of Trapani, with its beautiful historic center.

Bella e confortevole soluzione per due famiglie. Ampi spazi, bellissimo patio coperto con possibilità di cenare all'aperto e di godere di un po' di fresco, vista l'ubicazione in campagna. Un po' di zanzare ma si sopportano. Proprietà gentile e disponibile. Consigliata per chi vuole un punto di appoggio fuori dal caos.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 9 adulti con il nostro cane labrador nella villa di Silvia. La casa è molto spaziosa ed ha ogni confort. Il pezzo forte è sicuramente la veranda affine alla cucina che offre anche una bella vista del mare sottostante e permette di stare al fresco in pieno relax. La posizione è ottima, punto di partenza per visitare tutta la Sicilia occidentale; abbiamo visitato la vicina Palermo, Castellamare del Golfo, Trapani, la riserva dello Zingaro, Erice, fino alla Valle dei Templi di Agrigento e alla Scala dei Turchi.
A completare il tutto l'ospitalità dei proprietari, che, al nostro arrivo, ci hanno fatto trovare acqua fresca ed una cesta di pesche buonissime.

La casa corrisponde perfettamente alla descrizione è immersa in un giardino molto curato con alberi da frutto e ben attrezzato, con ampi spazi per pranzi e cene all'aperto, in un contesto di grande pace e tranquillità e i proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili.
La posizione è strategica (a pochi chilometri da Palermo, Trapani, San Vito, Segesta, Marsala, Erice, Lo Zingaro ecc.) Il mare non è a due passi ma, lo si raggiunge comunque tranquillamente in pochi minuti d'auto.
Consiglio questo immobile a tutti coloro che amano il relax e la tranquillità.

Dopo una splendida settimana passata nella villa Il Plumbaco, possiamo solo dire che la descrizione (peraltro del tutto coerente con ciò che abbiamo trovato) e le fotografie non riescono a riprodurre la comodità e il sentirsi a casa che noi abbiamo provato.
Siamo stati in sei per una settimana in un periodo decisamente caldo, ma la villa rimane abbastanza fresca, specialmente la notte permettendo sonni tranquilli. L'ampio spazio aperto completamente ombreggiato dalla veranda è stato testimone dei nostri ozi fra una gita e l'altra nei tanti posti interessanti che abbiamo visitato fra Palermo e Trapani.
Aggiunto a tutto questo la squisita ospitalità dei proprietari, ci rimane il rammarico di aver potuto beneficiarne solo per una settimana.
