Franca and Luigi are extraordinary hosts and made us feel like home in Tuscany the moment we arrived until we left. The location is perfect to visit around Lucca, Florence and Montecarlo is a nice little village with all commodities close by. The house had everything we needed, we felt very safe. All spotless clean, confortable bed, air conditioning if needed. We even had a basket of fruit, bottle of local white wine and Franca's amazing tiramisu awaiting at our arrival. Luigi gave us many information on sites to visit and was readily available if we needed something. Thank you so much Franca and Luigi and we will hopefully see you again soon.

What a beautiful location. Perfect for day trips to all the Tuscan attractions and towns. Less than 5 minute drive to Montecarlo where you can find some lovely restaurants. Grocery shopping is close by as well. Luigi and Franca were awesome. Luigi went out of his way to educate us on where to go in Tuscany and shared much about his interesting life history. Don't miss Franca's most amazing tiramisu. Sorry I didn't get the recipe!

Luigi and Franca are wonderful hosts. Luigi speaks fluent English and gives many interesting tips on places to visit. This place is ideal for sightseeing both by car and by train. Franka has prepared for us delicious pineapple cake and Tirmaisu. We have had a great holiday !

We had a wonderful holiday at Luigi and Franca's holiday home. We were welcomed unreservedly and made to feel at ease. The house was beautiful and the grounds and views were lovely. On our arrival we had a bowl of fresh fruit on the dining table, a bottle of wine and water in the fridge. As if that wasn't enough Franca had made for us the best tiramisu we had ever tasted. I would highly recommend this property for your holiday. Thank you Luigi and Franca for your hospitality and we hope to see you again.

Beautiful and quiet home in the countryside within a short walk of Montecarlo. Still just a short drive to all surrounding Tuscan and Garfagnana destinations. We had a wonderful and memorable time. Luigi and Franca were extremely welcoming and helpful from the very beginning. Luigi showed us around the house, explaining everything in detail, and Franca made a delicious tiramisu for us (thank you very much, Franca!). There was a “survival kit” in the fridge – fruits, milk, etc - so we felt at home from the first minute! The location is very convenient for visiting many interesting places around – Lucca, Pisa, Florence and many more, 40 min drive to the beach, and a beautiful village Montecarlo with many good restaurants is just in 15 min walk. The house itself is very clean and has everything needed for the relaxing stay. We really enjoyed our time here!

We've stayed in quite a few villas over the years and this is probably the best-equipped we've had the pleasure to experience. Our hosts Luigi and Franca had provided everything we needed, including a bowl of fruit, drinks in the fridge, pasta, tea and coffee. When we arrived they were incredibly friendly and welcoming and took the time to show us the house and how everything worked. Throughout our stay they were really helpful - Luigi fixed our hire car when it broke down at the gate, and Franca made us a delicious tiramisu. They also advised on how to get around and what to see, and generally made us feel very welcome and at home. The house is walking distance from Montecarlo village - though there's no pavement and the cars do fly up and down the road so take very good care, and take torches if you're coming back at night (we'd recommend driving!). The house is also a short drive from Montecarlo-San Salvatore railway station, which has free parking. We used this for most of our days out, because it meant we didn't have to drive into the cities and find parking. Note you need to buy e-tickets through Trenitalia.com as there is no ticket office or ticket machine at this station (though others do have them, including nearby Altopascio). The ticket inspector just scans your phone screen. The Trenitalia app or website tells you the train times. Highly recommended as a base to explore northern Tuscany and the cities of Firenze, Pisa and Lucca.

The house was brand new, it was clean and everything worked perfectly. We spend week and a half in the property and really enjoyed our stay. Luigi and Franca were very friendly and we could always ask they advice were to go and what to see in Toscana. Very good experience indeed.

We stayed at this house for 9 days end of september and enjoyed it very much. The owners have been very friendly, open and hospitable. At arrival they showed us arround and kindly explained how everything works. The house lies next to their own and has its own terrace. We were free to use all of their property. The house is newly build, modern and equipped with everthing needed. The bed is very comfortable but for very tall people it might be worth mentioning it's a 2p. mattress of 1,90m long. From the house it is a 15-20 min. walk to the lovely town centre, were you can also find a couple of restraurants. In a nearby bigger town (5-10 min. drive) you can find multiple supermarkets. It's situited very convient to visit; Florence, Lucca, Pisa, Cinqe Terre etc. and of course the beach. Everything is menageble by car but can also be done by train, as we did for the visit to Florence. The nearby town has a trainstation which might be a bit far to walk, so we parked our car there (lots of parking space for free, 5 min. drive) The owner speaks exellent English and is happy to help out with anything and provide you with all the info you want, which restaurants to try, what places to visit etc. Best regards, Ronald & Gemma

We stayed at this beautiful villa for 11 nights in August. On our arrival Luigi and his wife ( Franca) greeted us and showed us round the villa and were very welcoming and helpful ,any questions or queries Luigi would be on hand to answer them as he spoke very good English. They left fruit in the bowl, bottles of water in the fridge and 2 bottles of local wine for us, and the following day Franca baked us a gorgeous upside-down pineapple cake. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and tidy,it had well stocked cupboards with plenty of cooking equipment, also a BBQ and Pizza oven outside. The area itself is really nice and relaxing,surrounded by olive groves and lush greenery. There was plenty of space for us to park our hire car too. It was a 15min walk to the lovely local village of Montecarlo. it's a pretty place with plenty of history, a fortress wall and some lovely restaurants and wine bars. Thank-you Luigi and Franca for our wonderful stay

Luigi and Franca are very friendly and thoughfull hosts. From day 1,it was very clear that our confort was a priority to them. That alone made our stay very pleasant but if you add the gorgeous and huge property and brand new fully equiped cottage to the equation you get a near-perfect holiday in a very beautiful region with a great quantity of things to visit nearby. We trully recommend this rental and there honnestly are no negative aspects that come to mind. Thank you once again for a wonderfull vacation and for all the toughfull attentions we received during our stay (local food delicaties at arrival and departure, home made pineapple cake etc...) Luigi and Franca were delightful hosts and staying in their holiday house was wonderful – we are happy to recommend their place wholeheartedly! Luigi has strong ties to the USA and speaks excellent English, which made asking any questions and getting help very easy. The location is great for day-trips to Florence, Pisa, Livorno, etc. and a short drive (or a bit of a longer walk) from the house is the picturesque medieval village of Monte Carlo, a perfect place for an evening stroll and a dinner near home. The house is brand new, very nice and modern, and everything was in mint condition. The bed was comfortable and the bedroom a nice size. The open space kitchen / living room area is not large, but it is very airy and pleasant due to the high ceiling. The bathroom and shower were great. We were on a working holiday with my partner so we also made use of the loft upstairs – I worked from there while my partner set up a desk in the bedroom. The loft got slightly hot during the day despite the excellent air conditioning (the kitchen/living room area and bedroom could be kept just as cool as we wanted with no problem and our utility bill was very reasonable), but there was an extra fan upstairs that helped cool the loft down and made working there OK. We had told Luigi beforehand that good wifi was essential as we would be working during the day for much of our stay. Upon arrival we found that he had had a brand new top speed wifi set up for us. So considerate! The wifi was the best we have had in Italy, very fast and caused us absolutely no headache whatsoever. Luigi and Franca’s own house is right next to the vacation house and they were kind and considerate and happy to help with any problem. The power went out once (we had put on too many appliances at the same time, bad idea in Italy) but we called Luigi and he came to rescue us within minutes despite the fact that we called him right in the middle of dinner and he was entertaining friends from abroad at a nearby restaurant. All in all our stay was superb and the icing on the cake had to be Franca: during our 3 week stay she surprised us with fantastic home-made Tiramisu, lasagna and pineapple-upside-down-cake – these dishes alone would have been reason enough to book a stay.

Wij zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door Luigi en Franca. Ons verblijf in het vrijstaande vakantiehuis was bijzonder aangenaam. Het weer was warm, het huis was aangenaam koel, de aanwezige airco hebben we nauwelijks gebruikt. Het huis is volledig ingericht voor een plezierig verblijf, binnen en buiten. Luigi en Franca zijn heel vriendelijk en erg behulpzaam, met veel respect voor onze privacy. Het huis is uitstekend bereikbaar met eigen vervoer, ruime eigen parkeergelegenheid, mooie en rustige omgeving.. Kortom, een aanrader voor het verkennen van de regio.

Wir wurden von Franca und Luigi herzlich empfangen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr komfortabel, mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und die Lage des Hauses ist wunderschön. Zur Begrüßung gab es alle notwendigen Lebensmittel und Getränke, welche man bis zum ersten Einkauf benötigt. Zwischendurch wurden wir von Franca noch mit einer superleckeren Tiramisu und einer Ananastorte verwöhnt. Alles in allem war war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder dort hinfahren. Liebe Grüße und alles Gute Michaela und Andres

Es war unser erster Urlaub in Toskana, aber ist durch Luigi, Franca und ihr Haus unser Traumurlaub geworden. Sehr tolles Haus, mit alles was man weg von Zuhause braucht. Das Beste ist, wenn man ankommt und stellt fest, dass der Gastgeber an alles gedacht hat: Wein, Pasta, Öl, Obst, Wasser und alles was man in der Küche für die Notversorgung braucht. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet: Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kaffeefilter, Fernseher, tolles Internet und viel mehr. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir konnten ihn jeder Zeit erreichen auch wenn das spät in der Nacht war. Seine Tipps für mögliche Ausflüge haben uns sehr geholfen. Es war eine sehr angenehme Zeit und wir werden uns jeder Zeit freuen Luigi und Franca erneut zu besuchen.

Wir haben für zwei Wochen ein ruhiges und trotzdem verkehrsgünstig gelegenes Ferienhaus zwischen Lucca und Florenz gesucht und schließlich dieses hübsche kleine Haus auf dem etwa 2 ha großen Grundstück von Luigi und Franca gefunden. Die Eigentümer wohnen im Haupthaus auf dem gleichen Grundstück. Sie sind zwei symphatische, sehr hilfsbereite ältere Gastgeber, die uns ihre warme Gastfreundschaft vermittelt haben. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Haus enthält sämtliche zur Selbstversorgung notwendigen Einrichtungen und Gerätschaften. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist optimal, sowohl mit dem Auto, als auch per Bahn. Der malerische Ort Montecarlo liegt nahebei und hat gute Möglichkeiten zur Einkehr. Im Nachbarort Marginone gibt es ein freundliches kleines "Alimentari" mit leckerer Mortadella, Schinken, Käse, Brot und Tomaten.

Schönstes Ferienhaus das wir je hatten! Perfekt ausgestattet, sehr sauber und ruhig, die Küche bietet alles was man braucht um zu Hause zu kochen. Inkl. Salz, Pfeffer, Öl…. Das WLAN funktionierte schnell und einwandfrei. Bequeme Betten, es wurde sogar ein Kinderreisebett bereit gestellt. Wunderschönes, grosszügiges Anwesen mit den tollsten Gastgebern die man sich wünschen kann. Luigi und Franca sind sehr herzlich & kümmern sich mit grosser Freude, Leidenschaft und Hingabe um ihre Gäste. Wasser, Wein, Spaghetti und eine grosse Obstschale als Willkommensgeschenk waren toll! Unser 3-jähriger Sohn hatte grossen Spass an den vielen Spielsachen mit denen er spielen durfte. Franca brachte uns auch noch eine super leckere, selbstgemachte Fruchttorte vorbei :-) 10min. Autofahrt zur nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit, 5min Autofahrt bis Montecarlo, 25min nach Lucca, ca. 40min bis zum Strand in Viareggio. Wir können das Haus absolut weiter empfehlen! Accueil très chaleureux de Luigi et Franca avec plein de petites attentions comme corbeille de fruits, vin, eau à l’arrivée ! Plus petite surprise d’un délicieux tiramisu maison et biscuits en cours de séjour ! Luigi parle très bien anglais et il est toujours prêt à donner maintes adresses à découvrir ! La maison est très propre, très agréable à vivre avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner. Prestation très complète ! Wir suchten eine Unterkunft in Montecarlo und das Ferienhaus von Franca und Luigi hat uns sehr angesprochen. Das Inserat hat nicht zuviel versprochen und der wir fanden eine wunderschöne Unterkunft, die für einen entspannten Urlaub alles bietet. Franca und Luigi kümmern sich sehr aufmerksam um ihre Gäste und allein Franca´s Kuchen ist eine Reise in die Toscana wert. Wir haben das Haus als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren genutzt und die Lage ist perfekt dafür. Die Fahrräder konnten wir geschützt unterstellen. Wenn wir nicht selbst gekocht haben bietet Montecarlo genügend Möglichkeiten lecker Essen zu gehen. Wir waren eine Woche dort und haben uns rundherum wohl gefühlt.

Wir waren das dritte mal hier und haben wieder nur gute Erinnerungen mit nach Hause genommen. Das Haus war wie immer in guten und kompletten Zustand . Es gab eine "Grundausstattung" für den ersten Tag mit Wasser, Wein , Spagetti und eine großer Obstteller. Wir haben auch während unseres Aufenthalts Annehmlichkeiten Seitens der Vermieter, wie selbstgemahten Kuchen, frischen Salat etc. genießen dürfen. Vom Haus ist man in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß in Montecarlo, wo man in diversen Restaurants gut Essen kann und auch in "Bierotheken" den Abend gut ausklingen lassen kann. Man ist auch in wenigen Minuten mit den Auto in Marginone, wo man bei La Bottega Del Marginone alles zB. fürs Frühstück bekommt. Ansonsten ist Montecarlo der ideale Ausgangspunkt um interesante Städte, wie zB. Lucca zu besuchen. Sollten probleme, Fragen oder Informationen benötigt werden, ist der Vermieter Luigi der ideale Ansprechpartner. Er spricht perfekt Englisch und wird immer weiterhelfen. Das Haus liegt auf einem Parkähnlichen Grundstück mit viel Platz und dementsprechend Ruhe ringsrum. Wir werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen. Les propriétaires Luigi et Franca sont très accueillants et aux petits soins (le petit plus : corbeille de fruits et tout le nécessaire à l’arrivée et le meilleur tiramisu jamais mangé). Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort und vom ersten Tag an, haben wir die Zeit genoßen! Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und alles was man benötigt ist vorhanden. Der Handlauf war provisorisch abgesichert so das es für Kinder einfach zu gefährlich war die Treppe zu benutzen. War aber kein Problem, da die Kinder im Schlafzimmer geschlafen haben. Der Handlauf sollte nach unserem Aufenthalt fertiggestellt werden. Des weiteren hat die Couch unten auch eine Schlaffunktion. War auch sehr praktisch! Wir wurden sehr nett von den Eigentümern empfangen und als Willkommensgeschenk gab es einen großen Früchtekorb, Milch und zudem Wasser. Ach ja und die Kinder haben auch noch Kaubonbons bekommen. Nach einer Woche hat uns Luiggi einen frischgebackenen Ananaskuchen von Franka vorbeigebracht. Eine sehr sehr nette Geste. Der Hausherr hat fließendes Englisch gesprochen und für Fragen stand er immer zur Verfügung. Wir haben nichts mitbekommen das die Vermieter auf dem gleichen Grundstück gewohnt haben. Es ist ein wirklich schönes Haus umgeben von vielen Olivenbäumen. Die Strände und Städte sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Wenn wir einen Urlaub nochmals in der Umgebung machen sollten dann definitiv bei Franka und Luiggi. Unterm Strich bekommt alles die volle Punktzahl. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!!

Idéal pour rayonner dans cette belle région qu' est la Toscane. Près de Lucca, Florence,.... les propriétaires sont très disponibles et accueillants. La maison est neuve et confortable.

Wer Ruhe und Erholung sucht ist hier gut aufgehoben. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir von Luigi und Franca herzlich begrüßt. Das Haus ist sauber und es ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Zur Begrüßung stand ein große Schale Obst bereit sowie Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank . Die Gastfreundschaft und die Ruhe haben wir sehr genossen. Auch den Apfelkuchen und das Tiramisu das Franka für uns gemacht hat war einfach nur sehr gut. Das Haus steht auf einem großen parkähnlichen Grundstück, auf dem man auch genug Platz für das Auto hat. Lieber Luigi, liebe Franca für Eure Gastfreundschaft bedanken wir uns ganz herzlich. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Toskana!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei Luigi und Franca sehr genossen. Die Beiden sind äußerst warmherzig liebenswerte Menschen denen nichts mehr am Herzen liegt, als das es ihren Gästen gut geht und es an Nichts mangelt. Und so ist es auch! Das Ferienhaus steht zwischen Olivenbäumen auf einem nicht enden wollenden riesengroßen Grundstück. Man ist hier völlig ungestört und genießt die Ruhe. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt und uns fehlte auch von der Ausstattung her absolut gar nichts. Höhepunkt war noch das äußerst köstliche Tiramisu, was Luigi an unserem dritten Urlaubsabend brachte. Frisch zubereitet von seiner liebenswerten Frau. Wir würden gerne 10 Sterne vergeben und werden bestimmt wieder kommen!

Excelent holiday at a great place with really friendly host

The guest house is placed in the middle of a beautifull enclosed property.There are forest on the sides but you also have an splendid view downhill.There is big patio in front of the house for sunbathing, relaxing or grilling. The house itself is relativly new and well equipt and in a realy good shape. It also has a parquet floor inside what makes the interior room look realy high grade and warm. The domizil is placed round about 15 minutes by foot from Montecarlo, so you can walk to the small middelage village for having dinner or good wine. Montecarlo is an old village with a small fortress and it is realy worth to visit. Franca and Luigi are the perfect host`s. We were spoiled with homemade Tiramisu, homemade cake and fruits from theire own garden. Luigi talks of course Italian but also perfect English. He gave us a lot of informations about places of excursions, the areas near by, information about weather etc. Franca and Luigi treatet us like friends. We visted them now the second time and it wil be not the last time. Thanks

Wonderful place with great hosts

We (a young couple from Germany) had an amazing time at this wonderful place! The house lies in a the middle of a beautiful property and has a high quality interiour (air conditioning, dishwasher and laundry included). Florence is not far from here and so are all the other places in Tuscany (we went to Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Massa, Lucca, San Gimignano, Elba and other places in the area). Luigi and Franca (who live in the house next door) are really great hosts. Franca made an amazing Tiramisu and we had some nice chats with Luigi (whose English is perfect since he lived in the USA for many years). We would come back to this place every time.

A lovely chalet in tranquil surroundings

We have just returned from a lovely weeks holiday staying at Toscana in Montecarlo in Tuscany. The house is situated in a beautiful location with acres of land surrounding it, lovely open views over the valley and ideal for exploring. It was spacious clean well fitted and well laid out. Luigi and Franca were extremely welcoming and very helpful hosts, living in the vicinity and willing to come round to help with any eventuality if requested. When we arrived they took the time to show us the house and explain how everything worked. Our nearest village was Montecarlo about half a mile away. A delightful place with a castle and a few shops for essentials, and ice cream . The nearest supermarkets are in AltoPaschio and a larger one in Pescara. There are restaurants all around. In fact there are many lovely towns nearby. A good base to explore northern Tuscany and the cities of Firenze, Pisa and Lucca. We had a car but found the best way to travel was to park at the nearby Altopaschio Railway Station for the day/evening and take the train to Lucca, Florence or beyond. The trains were cheap, frequent, on time, clean and one could always find a seat! The review by Lawrence C in September could apply to us, except we did not break down, but got lost and Luigi kindly escorted us ! All together a truly delightful place to stay on holiday with superb hosts.

Sehr angenehmer Urlaub, Ferienhaus recht neu und ein liebenswürdiger aufmerksamer Vermieter

Ferienhaus ist recht neu, sehr gepflegt und komplett eingerichtet mit gut ausgestatteter Küche, Fernseher auch mit deutschen Programmen, und sehr schnelles Wifi. Die Lage ist sehr schön auf einem abgeschlossenen Grundstück inmitten einem Waldstück. Parkplatz für ein Auto auch im Schatten vorhanden. Sonnenterrasse mit Tisch und Liegestühlen. Holzkohle Grill vorhanden. Der Ort Montecarlo ist fußläufig erreichbar und sehr schön erhalten. Es gibt dort einige Restaurants, die durchgängig empfehlenswert sind. Der Vermieter wohnt in einem großen Haus in Sichtweite. Man fühlt sich aber in keiner Weise dadurch gestört. Luigi und Franca, die Vermieter, sind sehr angenehm und stets Hilfsbereit bei allen Belangen. Sie haben sich immer um das Wohl Ihrer Gäste gekümmert z.B. mit Warnungen über Stürme an der Küste oder Fragen nach unserem Wohlbefinden etc. Auch wurden wir verwöhnt durch selbstgemachtes Tiramisu und selbst gebackenen Kuchen von Franca. Bei Ankunft war auch ein großer Obstteller vorhanden, sowie Spagetti , Mineralwasser und je eine Flasche Rotwein bzw. Weißwein . Luigi sprich natürlich Italienisch, aber auch perfektes Englisch, so das einer guten Verständigung nichts im Wege stand. Alles in allem kann man dieses Ferienhaus problemlos weiterempfehlen. Wir haben die 2 Wochen Aufenthalt auf jeden Fall genossen.

Accueil très très chaleureux des propriétaires. Ils sont avenants, accessibles et aux petits soins des vacanciers. La maison est idéale pour 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Les lieux sont extrêmement propres et la possibilité de faire des grillades sur la terrasse est appréciable. A l'écart de la route, protégé par un enclos, parfait pour les petits enfants. Villages à proximité. De très belles vacances passées à cet endroit, à recommander. Un tout grand merci à Luigi pour sa disponibilité.

Kurzfristig haben wir uns bei Franca und Luigi "eingebucht". Es war kein Fehler. Die Unterkunft ist auf halben Weg zwischen Pisa und Florenz (je 50 km) nur 4 KM von der Autobahn entfernt. Das Haus liegt kurz vor dem Ort Montecarlo. Dort gibt es Restaurants welche eine schönen Ausblick haben. Auch Lucca (25km) ist eine sehr schöne Stadt. Nach Siena sind es 90 Min. mit dem Auto. Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet. Alles, auch das Toilettenpapier, Zewa für Bad und Küche. Aber auch Bademäntel, Handtücher, Duschgel fürs Bad oder Mülltüten und Spülmaschinentabs für die Küche. Auch für die Moskitos liegt alles bereit. Zitronen Teelichter, elektronische Hilfsmittel, an allen Fenstern Moskitonetze. Bleibt zu erwähnen, dass ein eigener Kugelgrill vor der Tür steht - Grillkohle für 1-2 mal war auch dabei. Liegestühle, Ventilator, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage - alles da. Auf der Empore und im Wohnzimmer stehen jeweils Schlafsofas von sehr guter Qualität, ich denke 1,60x2,00 m. Die gesamte Ausstattung ist sehr hochwertig - hier wurde nicht gespart. Das sieht man bei den Fenstern, bei den Badamaturen(Regenwalddusche), Wasserdruck und Fliesen bis hin zu den Wäscheklammern. WLAN ist sehr schnell - das sucht man in vielen Hotels. Auch auf der Terrasse oder im Garten jederzeit empfang und nicht wir hatten 4 Geräte gleichzeitig eingeloggt. Zum Abschluss dürfen wir Franca und Luigi selbst nicht vergessen. Bei Ankunft Wasser, Fanta und ein tolles Tiramisu im Kühlschrank - eine Flasche Rotwein und Obst auf dem Tisch. Zwischendurch Tomaten oder Aubergine und Chilli oder einen Ananaskuchen. Luigi spricht perfektes Englisch. Er ist immer da (direkt oder mobile) um alle Fragen zu beantworten - und wenn ihr abends eine Pizza geliefert haben möchte dann wird er auch das Organisieren. Zur Umgebung denke ich braucht man unbedingt ein Auto. Zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad kann man nicht so einfach errreichen, zudem ist es recht Bergig. Das Haus liegt auf dem Grundstück von Franca und Luigi - sie wohnen in Sichtweite. Das stört aber überhaupt nicht. Es ist quasi im Wald - mit Oliven- und Pinienbäumen. Ein Panoramablick gibt es allerdings nicht. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft definitv weiter und gerne werden wir uns wieder bei Franca und Luigi einmieten. Es ware eine sehr schöne Woche. Wir können uns den positiven, vorherigen Bewertungen zu 100% anschließen. Das Haus ist neu, modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles vorhanden, was man auch zu Hause hat... Luigi und Franca waren sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Sie haben uns das Haus erklärt und waren für all unsere Fragen und Wünsche jederzeit zur Stelle. Auch wir wurden verwöhnt mit Obstkorb, Wein und einem leckerem Tiramisu von Franca. Vielen Dank nochmals dafür. Wir würden jederzeit wieder das Ferienhaus buchen. Auch unsere Kinder ( Zwillinge, 6 Jahre ) haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt.
