Die Maisonette-Wohnung am Belchen ist außergewöhnlich und großzügig geschnitten und geschmackvoll eingerichtet - hier kann man sich richtig wohlfühlen! Dazu kommt eine perfekte Lage: ruhig und nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß ins Zentrum.

Le salon à l’étage supérieur est très agréable, mais il fait vite très chaud s’il y a du soleil. Heureusement il y a une climatisation.
Trop de parties mansardées. Un seuil trop haut pour parvenir au balcon. Pas d’ascenseur. Au 2 ème étage.

Sehr ruhige Lage, aber zentrumsnah. Eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Gut ausgestattet mit Spülmasche, Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche und Fenster. Sehr hell. Im oberen Bereich sehr schön zum Musik hören, aber siehe Kritikpunkt.
Für große Menschen aufgrund der vielen Schrägen in der Wohnung nicht geeignet. Fernsehen vor Einbruch der Dunkelheit eigentlich nicht möglich, da es auf der Empore aufgrund der Rundum-Fenster dazu viel zu hell ist.
