The property is located in Fondachello (province of Catania), just a few steps from the sea and 10km from Giardini-Naxos, 18km from Taormina, 25km from Catania and 30km from Etna. The large and illuminated entry has new kitchen, complete with everything and double sofa bed; It follows a bedroom (double bed) and a spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine. The entire building is equipped with air conditioning (which doubles as a heat pump in winter), large balcony around, Sink and views of the pool and the pedestrian courtyard with greenery.

Très bon rapport qualité prix pour cet appartement. Enrico Siliato et sa famille se sont montrés très disponibles, chaleureux et accueillants. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances. Le balcon est assez grand pour y manger, ce qui est très agréable . La piscine de la résidence est très appréciable après une excursion sous la chaleur sicilienne! Un très bon souvenir pour nous.

La casa era esattamente come da foto, comoda e vicina al mare, in un residence molto curato. La raccomando a chi oltre che una splendida spiaggia voglia poter fare escursioni nei dintorni (Taormina, Catania, e tanto altro).
