The motel is updated, clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach is good but just far enough away that it isn't crowded.
The beds are quite uncomfortable

Convenient location, walking to restaurants and the ocean easy, and everything neat and clean. Staff friendly and helpful.
Not every room had a parking space in front of it, but lots of spaces in a very close open lot.
