La location est conforme à mes attentes, spacieuse très bien équipée, belle terrasse, le centre ville est à 10 minutes à pied. La propriétaire très sympa, le lieu est très calme, je recommande.

Die Wohnung liegt optimal 5 Minuten vom Hafen Binic entfernt und ist sehr geräumig. Die Terrasse ist ein Traum und bietet Abendsonne länger als am Strand. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Haus aber man trifft sich nur selten. Bei Fragen reagiert sie prompt und engagiert. Leider sind die Türen in der Wohnung schlecht zu schließen und die Matratze ist nach 2 Tagen durchgelegen. Für Mieter mit Hund ist die Wohnung optimal, da die Terrasse komplett geschlossen ist und keine Straße vorbeiführt. Der Eingang zur Wohnung ist über eine schmale Treppe nach unten erreichbar. Alle Geräte in der Küche funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Parkplatz ist für grosse Autos eher zu klein. Für uns zwei mit einem Hund war es eine perfekte Adresse.

Très bon accueil par sa propriétaire, bien situé proche de toutes commodités au calme comme annoncé, mais appartement assez vétuste, très humide moisissures sur les plafonds pas très bien entretenu, prises de courant plus aux normes. Dessus sur la literie, par la cuisine et ustensiles qui sont vétustes. Un renouvellement serait à envisager pour les prochains locataires. Par rapport au prix demandé.

Modern eingerichtete Wohnung mit grosser Terrasse an ruhiger Lage. Verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe. Ebenfalls sind zwei Strände zu Fuss erreichbar. Wir haben die Wohnung als Ausgangspunkt für diverse Ausflüge an die Nordküste genutzt. Freundlicher Empfang!

L'organisation de l'espace a rendu la vie quotidienne à deux couples très agréable offrant à chacun la possibilité d'avoir sa quiétude. La fenestration abondante de même que la terrasse orientée sud permettaient de profiter de l'ensoleillement. À 5 minutes à pied du centre de Binic et à proximité de sentiers de randonnées sur les falaises, les points de vue étaient spectaculaires. De la maison et à courte distance en voiture, il est possible de faire de belles découvertes comme KerMaria à Poulha par exemple. La propriétaire était facilement accessible et charmante.

Une semaine très agréable dans cette location qui est grande est appréciable pour 3, la terrasse, la grande batterie de vaisselle est très bien aussi. L'accès se fait à part de la maison principale, et il y a un stationnement dans la propriété, très important et appréciable car pas facile de se garer quand il y a la fête de la morue à binic! La location est idéalement placée on a accès au centre, aux restaurants et aux plages a 5/10 minutes a pied. La propriétaire est très gentille . Si nous avons l'occasion nous reviendrons

Au terme de mon très agréable séjour, je ne peux que recommander cette location. Marie -Christine vous accueillera avec bienveillance et discrétion dans cette location idéalement placée à proximité des plages, du sentier des douaniers, du centre ville et des commodités. Dans cet appartement décoré avec goût, vous pourrez apprécier le calme, le confort du lieu et la convivialité de sa terrasse sans vis- à- vis . De quoi passer de bonnes vacances!

Cette location idéalement située (tout près du port dans une petite ville charmante qui propose un très beau marché le jeudi) nous a permis de profiter sans faire beaucoup de route de toute la baie de St Brieuc. Le logement est spacieux (en particulier le séjour), ainsi que très bien équipé ; et son exposition permet de profiter au maximum de la terrasse. Enfin la propriétaire est une personne charmante qui nous a réservé un accueil des plus agréables. Merci beaucoup pour ces belles vacances Marie-Christine.

Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch die Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist hell bietet Platz für eine vierköpfige Familie und ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Große Terrasse; ein Auto-Stellplatz. Ruhige Lage. Der Hafen von Binic mit vielen Restaurants, Crèperies und kleinen Geschäften ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Ebenso nah ist es zum Strand und zum GR 34. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Supermarkt, Bäcker) in der Nähe.

Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire. Location confortable, spacieuse et bien entretenue. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour malgré le temps exceptionnellement pluvieux. Binic est une petite station balnéaire très sympathique. Nous avons adorer le marché du jeudi matin. Nous recommandons cette location. Christine et Mab.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appart avec terrasse. Les propriètaires vivent dans les parties supérieures et attenantes de la maison mais l'appartement garde toute son indépendance. Ils sont du reste très discrets, gentils, disponibles et serviables. Rien ne manque dans la maison, parfaitement équipée. Nous avons grandement apprécié sa localisation. Tout est accessible à pied : belle plage à 7', centre de binic (restaurants, commerces, marché) à 5'. De plus, la région ne manque pas de curiosités touristiques : Ile de Bréhat, Paimpol, très beau Zoo de Trégomeur, visite de Quintin et de son moulin en calèche, etc. Bref, nous vous recommandonsvivement cette location.
