About this house rental

The ground floor of a stone house in listed park. Completely private garden. Quiet location, surrounded by greenery. Inside Equipment comfort.
Private parking.
Near a beautiful sandy beach, with lifeguards in July and August (150 m walk through restricted access to the condo).
You are 5 minutes walk from the village of Suquet (old Cannes) with its bars and restaurants, 10 minutes walk from the Forville market and old port, and 15 minutes walk from the Croisette and the Palais des Festivals.

the stay was beautiful. The owner were very friendly and helpful. I am so happy I found and booked this property! the apartment was very clean. the garden was gorgeous. the surroundings were wonderful and you could easily reach the sea in a few minutes on foot via a private path. Diese Wohnung ist eine Oase inmitten der Geschäftigkeit Cannes und ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung der Region. Der Strand und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglicheiten sind fußläufig errreichbar. Der private Parkplatz ist ein absoluter Bonus. Der private Zugang zur Standpromenade und die nicht einsehbare, mit zahlreichen Gartenmöbeln, Grill und großen Sonnenschirmen ausgestattetet Terrasse, machen den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sowohl technisch als auch mit allen Gebrauchsgegenständen perfekt ausgestattet. Das reizende Vermieterehepaar hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und umsorgt. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

We had a perfect vacation in Cannes at this apartment. It is located as described, very close to the beach, which can be accessed on foot on a private path. Also within walking distance are the citadel hill, the old harbor with its yachts and restaurants, as well as a supermarket for your daily supplies. The apartment was well equipped, both tastefully and modernly furnished. Separate air-conditioning devices were in each of the two rooms, plus in the kitchen, keeping the atmosphere comfortably cool in the heat of the day. The kitchen had all necessary amenities, being fully fitted with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery and whatever else may be needed. Wi-Fi worked reliably throughout. On TV were French channels, but the landlords kindly also left a collection of DVDs for the children. The landlords were very kind and helpful. They showed us around amply upon arrival, where things are in the apartment, how to get to the beach, to the closest bakery, supermarket, etc. They live on the premises and were around with good advice also during our stay, when needed. The housing estate is fenced off, and in addition the entrance to the private yard of this ground-floor apartment can also be locked. The yard is used exclusively by the guests. It has outside tables shaded by umbrellas, reclining chairs and a brand new electric barbeque. Finally, parking on the estate, in front of the apartment is an essential luxury, as we also rented a car during our holiday. It is a great location for strolling down the Croisette in the evening, or doing excursions around the Cote d’Azur to Antibes (Picasso Museum), Monaco, St. Tropez, Grasse (create your own perfume), etc. All in all, we enjoyed a great vacation at this apartment and warmly recommend it for holiday in Cannes.
