Ottima abitazione ben strutturata con possibilita di 6 letti. Tutti i locali sono climatizzati e il valore aggiunto è la splendida terrazza vista mare con barbecue. Doppi servizi puliti e ben funzionanti. Tutto ben tenuto e pulito. Posizione strategica fuori dall zone a traffico limitato e con la possibilità di parcheggiare vicino. Consigliata a tutti. Super disponibilità e cortesia dei proprietari che ci hanno assistito in ogni fase. Se tornassiko a San Vito sarebbe sicuramente la nostra prima scelta.

Simona proprietaria fantastica gentile casa pulitissima punto buono con silenzio dal mare dista 10 minuti una passeggiata che ti fa anche piacere fare dopo che assaggi la cucina siciliana tutto ottimo

La casa è situata a pochi minuti dal centro e dal mare di San Vito lo capo. Pulizia accurata e casa comoda con tutte le dotazioni necessarie. Molto utile anche il terrazzino per cene ed aperitivi al fresco. Da rivedere soltanto i bagni che per alcuni aspetti avrebbero bisogno di qualche accorgimento.
