The apartment is new and it had heating. We did not expect to need it but it was exceptional cold and rainy while we were staying in Italy in May. The hos is really nice, bit him and his brother that does speak english so he was really helpful. we had free parking space next to our terrace so it was nice and convenient. It is modern and nicely decorated. We were going everywhere by car so location was ok for us. Checking in and checking out was easy.
I wish we really had an apartment from the photos, with the sea view, not one on the ground floor. Apparently the one with the sea view had no heating so they prepared for us one on the ground floor. No Wi-Fi is minus in my opinion, but then ageing we know before coming and the only reason I excepted no Wi Fi was the sea view,, witch I did not get in the end.
