We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the beautiful home and location despite My Vacation Haven’s poor communication. I understand the rental agreement specifies we are not guaranteed a golf cart however, vacation haven told us the day before we arrived the 6 seater cart was being fixed. I received a call the next day saying the golf cart was expected to be fixed very soon. Three days into our vacation we never heard from Vacation Haven until we called them. They continued to make excuses saying they would check and would call us back. That never happened. With two elderly people and 2 small children we constantly had to load everyone in the car for the entire week. I had read the bad reviews about My Haven but disregarded in hopes of a better outcome. After we made many calls we were finally refunded $126.00 for the week missing the 6 seater golf cart. Also, TV in living area didn’t work. If possible I would highly recommend renting from another company.
