About this house rental
Wanna be above it all, you have found the place. Located just 1 mile from Ski Beech and steps to Hayden Park this 3-story 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhome is at an altitude of 4,952 offering 1,510 sqft, 3 different balconies on 3 different levels with million dollar, breathtaking, unobstructed views from every balcony of 4 states. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and another with 2 twin beds, with a full bathroom. The main floor has an open floor plan of the living, dining room and kitchen with 20 ft high ceilings and a large balcony. The 3rd story is a master suite with a king bed, 20 ft high ceilings, private balcony, private full bath and loft. There is a wood burning fireplace and a rolling bar. It is adequately stocked with everything that you need for a comfortable stay. We provide linens, towels, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, utensils, Washer/Dryer, all rooms have SMART flat screen TVs, WiFi, PlayStation 3, board games, books, electric grill on the main deck. There is also a community picnic table and charcoal grills within steps of the townhome.
Small dogs under 35lbs are welcome with additional fees and rules.

Very much enjoyed our stay here. Great view. The hiking trails close by were our daily exercise. Unlike other places we have stayed, this condo was full of amenities (cookware, spices, etc.) Appreciated being able to share the trails and the home with our dog. Thank you!!

Another awesome stay at the Abbott’s townhouse. As always it was clean, well stocked and comfortable. The views can’t be beat. The location is absolutely perfect; quietly private but not far from all the fun stuff :) We’ll be back again and again!

We loved our weekend stay at the Abbots home. It was clean, well stocked. The perfect place for our family getaway. Beautifully decorated and very clean!! We will love to stay again.
