This was a great place for us. We were able to bring our dog and enjoyed lots of shady trails to walk him. The pool was clean and quiet. The beach access was easy. The unit was well stocked with kitchen equipment for cooking. The only problem was the guest bathroom which clogged easily. Fortunately there was a plunger to clear it with. We also had some misunderstanding about the WiFi connection code as it was misspelled in the text we received and the check out time was told as 11:00 and 10:00. Overall we were happy and would like to return sometime.

This home was perfect and met all of our needs. It is very comfortable and well equipped. The gas grill was nice to have. It is located with direct access to the beach and swimming pool and facilities. I would highly recommend this home.

We had a poor experience with the check in process, the management company needs to work on improving communication.
The door code supplied did not work… we called Vacasa and 45 minutes or so later, we got supplied with the lockbox code and used that key to get in. It was inconvenient having only one key, but the key code box needed to be replaced.
When we got inside, the villa was clean and well stocked.
-tv in family room did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could not be turned off.
It was cool outside, so we adjusted it to blow the air away from us.
- a very nice maintenance man came the next day and spent about an hour working on the tv(had to switch out cable boxes), he said the fan and the key code box could not be repaired/replaced until after we left.
The codes to the gym and pool were also outdated, we got the correct codes from a nice lady at the pool.
Positive notes- we enjoyed our stay at this villa. The neighborhood and neighbors very nice and we enjoyed the amenities. Nice trails to walk our dog.

I have to start by saying the location, the neighborhood, the proximity to the beach, and the walking path were all amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time in New Smyrna.The major issue we had was with the cleanliness of the property. The bathroom was pretty dirty with lots of grime, especially around the shower. There was sand in the shower itself. There was sand in the bed sheets. We also had a problem with the plumbing where the toilet plugged up with just normal waste. The shower head was not really adjustable and only shot very high pressure.Overall, if it was just cleaned up a little, we would stay here again! The beds were very comfortable. The parking was easily accessible. We spent some time in the pool and it was great. It had a nice deep end. We were close to restaurants and convenient stores for anything we needed.
