So when we told him that we paid the tax already he changed his words, then said it was a deposit, then he will return it when we leave. 2- The owner gave us different unit than what we booked through booking, we booked a unit with 2 bathrooms but he gave us one with only one bathroom. 3- The walls are not soundproof at all, I was able to here every sound inside and outside the house. 4- the quality of sleep is bad because the beds are not comfortable and very bad belowdecks quality, also the bedsheets are horrible. 5- the towels are very old and different collections. 6- no elevator so you need to carry your bags to the 1st floor. 7- when we use the bathroom for a shower the water comes out of the bathroom. 8- The cleaning sponge in the kitchen was used from other customers. 10- The stairs to the roof are not safe, you may fall down while using it.
