Exclusive swim up apartment with swimming pool

Nice apartment, ideal for 2 people, situated in quiet residential area (for September, may be busier in height of season). Good sized bedroom with comfy bed and bathroom with hand held hose over large bath. Large open plan area with an additional double bed. Not much privacy with this bed area so might not suit everyone depending on who is in your party. Compact kitchen area - has most things you would need. Not much space if you were cooking for larger group. Cooker has 2 electric rings and an oven. Terrace area was clean with loungers, table and chairs as well as direct access to the pool. We were lucky when we were there as no-one else was staying in either of the other apartments so we had the pool to ourselves. The sun was only on our terrace from around 8.30/9am to about 12.30/1pm. Plenty of beach space down in the town. A small supermarket for essentials, is just round the corner with a larger one a 5/10 minute walk away. There is a steep hill to/from town centre but the walk from the apartment is broken up with some flatter ground. Total time to walk is about 15/20 minutes.The hosts are very friendly and helpful - they were able to pick us up and drop us off at the airport (cheaper than a taxi) and Josip came back to the airport with my husband's phone which he'd left in the back of the car. Their response time to any queries is very quick.Plenty of bars and restaurants along the front; frequent water taxis to Trogir if want a change of scene.

Lovely owners, very generous and accommodating to all our requests. Only 5 mins to some beautiful beaches and little coves. Simply a great holiday. Great restaurants within easy walking distance.

It was one of the best holidays we have had recently.Villa is situated in quiet area in dead end street with no traffic but close to restaurants,supermarkets and beach.It was good for us to be able to go in the market in the morning to buy something for breakfast without even using a shoes.Beach is near too and it is very nice beach with some parts where trees are covering area and you can have some shade.It was good to find such a space to read a book and watch kids in the sea. Owner picked us from airport and returned us back at the end of our holidays and all worked good.We did not have to rent a car so we saved a lot of money on it as renting a car in Croatia is not so cheap as we expected.We spent that money in local restaurants instead.There are many of them around so you can explore which one is best for you. Pool is maybe a best part of it because we have had a huge terrasse by the pool where we spent most of the time.Pool is very good size and it is never overcrowded so most of the time we were there alone.Kids even found a new friends from another apartment in villa (there are 3 apartments in villa).

The property is an excellent size. There is one 'bedroom' which is part of the open-plan kitchen-cum-diner-cum-living room, so fine for a family set up. The other bedroom with futon is separate and leads onto the bathroom. All rooms are a good size. The open-plan area is very big. The kitchen has the essentials, although did not see a microwave at the time. This was not a problem for us. I wasn't sure if the oven was working and apologies to Vanda as I should have mentioned this to her. Vanda - the owner - was lovely. She picked us up at midnight and then early morning on our return. She was very helpful in providing us with where to go for beaches and shops. There was also plenty of towels for us. Pool was lovely too. Wonderful stay.
