Immersed in the countryside of the Val D'Orcia in the municipality of Radicofani, the house on 2 floors has 2 spacious and bright double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, 4 burners, oven, dishwasher, machine for coffee and kettle), large living room with fireplace.
Outdoor terrace accessible from rooms, large garden around the house and parking space. The house is located about 15 minutes from three splendid S. Casciano dei Bagni, Bagni S. Filippo and Bagno Vignoni. You can take advantage of natural pools with thermal water at 38 ° C or take advantage of the spas present.
The summit of Mount Amiata is about 30 minutes away, in winter in the presence of snow there are 12 ski lifts, in summer you can make pleasant and relaxing excursions or trekking.
Casetta di Costantino is located near Via Francigena and is an excellent starting point for visiting the Tuscan cities of Florence, Siena, Arezzo and Grosseto, also the capital Rome is just 2 hours away by car and the entrance to the highway is at 20 minutes (Closed).

Lovely villa in southern Tuscany. The Val d'Orcia doesn't immediately have the big ticket charms of northern Tuscany but it does have plenty of lovely small villages and towns and Radicofani is one of them - a less well known gem with plenty of character and worth a visit. The villa was as billed - very pretty, clean and well equipped. I would give the whole experience 5/5 except the villa is down a very bumpy steep unmade track which damaged the suspension of my car. I did not see this mentioned in the property description. I would advise you to think carefully whether this is the right property for you - if you haven't rented/own an SUV.

The house is absolutely great. Richly equipped in a dreamlike location and in heavenly peace. Silvano, the landlord, is incredibly nice and always available when you need him. We would come back anytime!!!

As we arrived at the Campsite to meet Silvano we were extremely surprised that he already waited for us together with a German speaking lady - Monika. We then drove around 5 minutes to the house - as you can read from other reviews the way is described as an adventure and a bit difficult for some kind of cars and this might be true if you have a car like a Ferrari or any other sports car or lowered car - I have a very huge 3 row car (SUV like) and had not issues at all.
The house is very nice and well equipped (we have been 3 people and 2 dogs). Form the inside the house is really in Tuscany stile - dark wood, stone floor, wooden shutters. You have 2 terraces you are able to use - depending on the sunshine. We enjoy staying at the house.
Only one tip for all dog owners - if you have small dogs (not much space between ground and stomach) or dogs with long hair - you have a lot of burdock and others that you would have to get out of your puppies fur after you went out with the dogs.
Thanks again to Silvano! He and his wife have been very friendly and accommodating!
