About this house rental
'Tropical Island Rentals' presents this three-storey, beachfront townhouse with spectacular sea views from all bedrooms located a few minutes drive south of Holetown's excellent restaurants and shopping on Barbados' famed West Coast.
This comfortable and classically furnished beachfront holiday home provides excellent accommodation throughout; two bedrooms are on the first floor and there is a spacious master suite on the second floor with all bedrooms opening onto an oceanfront balcony with fabulous views of the Caribbean Sea. The master suite includes a dressing area with built-in closets and a wall safe.
On the ground floor, French doors open from the indoor dining room adjoining the living room to the verandah which offers comfortable seating and a wet bar with a mini-fridge for convenience -perfect for that morning coffee or a sundowner moment. The plunge pool is steps away and leads through to the garden where there are sun loungers and an umbrella for sunbathers or shade seekers who choose to relax in the lush tropical setting.
A private beach gate leads down a few steps from the garden to Paynes Bay beach where there is excellent snorkeling, and guests can stroll along the beach to a lovely spot for swimming.
The price includes a housekeeper service 3 days per week.
Please note the cost of groceries is not included in the price. However, we can arrange to have your initial groceries delivered to the property for your arrival. This would be payable directly to our local house managers.
Only stair access (no elevator).
No disabled facilities.
A wet bar is located near the pool.
Children welcomed - the house is not childproof.
This property rental DOES NOT permit the use of Riemann P20 Sunscreen, as it damages towels and fabrics. It can cause irreparable damage to linens that are not visible until laundered. Guests must check that their sunscreen does not contain P20. Guests will be charged up to USD$50 per damaged towel or up to USD$300 per damaged sheet or coverlet.

Every effort has been made to depict the beach in front of this property, but as a result of sand deposition and erosion, changes may occur including a narrower beach and more rocks visible. In some places water shoes are advisable.

Being right on the beach was great. Beautiful sunsets daily. !o minute walk to Paynes Bay- a lovely beach. The housekeeper/cook was wonderful. Friendly, professional, and an excellent cook.

We had the most wonderful experience at this vacation home. There was wonderful communication before we traveled for assistance with airport transportation and food delivery. The home itself was even more amazing than we anticipated, we felt right at home in paradise! Annette cooked us wonderful food and provided excellent housekeeping services as well as local recommendations. The snorkeling right in front of the property was simply amazing! We could not have asked for a better place to celebrate my 40th birthday. We are already planning a return trip! Thank you to the wonderful staff that made our trip so special! .

We loved the property so much. If we come back to Barbados we would love to stay here again. Right by the beach, lovely sunset views from balcony. Still have privacy due to garden area - best of both worlds. Three large bedrooms. The house manager/maid is very helpful and made us come nice food :)

Our trip to Barbados was amazing. There was nothing we could fault with the villa. The location was amazing and the house keeping blew our minds away. We travel approx 3 times a year and so far this has been our favourite destination and villa. I would highly recommend it and shall return without no doubt.
