- a double bedroom
- a bathroom with shower equipped with hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge / freezer, electric oven, two burners, kettle, crockery, dining table and chairs).
It has two terraces, including a covered and sea view.
Guests can also enjoy a ping pong table, a children's playground and a barbecue.
The Residence is located on the Capo d'Orlando hill, a relaxing place with swimming pool and children's play area, just a few kilometers from the sea
A perfect place for those wishing to spend a relaxing holiday surrounded by nature, just a few minutes drive from the sea (about 2 km) and from the center of Capo d'Orlando (about 5 km)

Very nice and clean Appartement at the hills with a Great view. Only a few steps to the big Pool and a 15 Minutes Drive to the sea. Great Holidays for my family from 23.08.18 - 06.09.18.
