The RMH is a delightful newly renovated apartment, consisting of a double bedroom, a bright living room that can accommodate two people in a comfortable sofa bed (140cm mattress), a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, electric oven and oven microwave, in a separate room with practical and wide serving hatch opening; a complete bathroom with shower, sink and bidet.
The strong point of the apartment is the romantic sea view terrace equipped with table, garden chairs and deck chairs from which to enjoy a suggestive seafront perspective.
The apartment also has wifi internet connection, air conditioning and washing machine.
Access:
Located in a quiet area near Letojanni, this welcoming sea view apartment is located in a residence and features a private beach and large outdoor common areas. A few kilometers away, the enchanting Taormina and the fascinating center of Castelmola can also be reached by shuttle bus departing from the stop in front of the residence.
In the area and in the nearby centers of Letojanni, Giardini Naxos, Taormina and Castelmola, there are numerous bars, pizzerias and restaurants where you can taste, among other things, the best fish-based specialties of Sicily. In the village of Letojanni it is also possible to rent cars, motorbikes or bicycles for travel and relaxing walks along the seafront.

The apartment is part of mid-rise apartment complex among a row of them facing the sea on the north end of Letojanni. I believe these apartments are mostly used by locals (rather than international tourists) so in October were nearly completely empty. The apartment was clean and functional and has a nice large balcony with a sea view between the building it is in and the neighboring building. The apartment is adequately equipped but we did wish for more cooking utensils (e.g., there is no cutting/chopping or breadknife), just serrated knives that are part of the dining set (though a friend suggested this is normal in many Italian homes and the truth is we managed just fine). Letojanni is a 15-20 minute walk but is large enough to offer numerous shops and restaurants and has a long pleasant promenade with plenty of cafes and beach clubs. For international tourists however the highlight is likely to be nearby Taormina and surrounds which is 15 minutes away by car. You can park in a multi-story parking garage that is at the end of the Corso for around 10-12 Euros depending on how long you stay. You can also easily access the broader surrounding region which has lots to offer including views and walks on Mount Etna as it is easy to hop onto the autostrada. Marco is a very nice and responsive host. Overall I would say that if you are looking for inexpensive accommodation that is close to a number of top tourist attractions and you have a car this is spot is worth considering.

Lovely apartment overlooking the sea. Glorious sunrises while having breakfast. Marco the owner was brilliant and kept in contact at all times before our arrival. He also met us at the apartment and showed & told us all we needed to know for our stay. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and had all you needed. It is a little way out of town that a car is advised. Beach is a stones throw but is also very stoney so some sort of beach/water shoes would be advised.
Thank you Marco we would definitely stay there again.

Sehr schön, in erster Strandreihe, gelegene Wohnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Strandpromenade von Letojanni mit vielen Restaurants erreicht man zufuss in 10 Minuten. Taormina und auch der Ätna sind mit dem Auto von Letojanni gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist nett und hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Très bon accueil de Marco.
Logement simple mais agréable hormis la salle de bain avec une douche "spéciale".
Terrasse agréable face à la mer mais intimité réduite à cause des nombreux vis à vis sur les terrasses des immeubles voisins (pas notre cas fin septembre car résidences vides).
C'est un peu isolé et les commerces se trouvent à 20 min à pied.
