Size of the room, Kitchenet, Balcony, Fire pits, Firework display, Live music at the restaurant, overall atmosphere.
1. Elvators in C were malfunctioning. 2. Pullout bed was very worn and uncomfortable. 3. Coffee shop is not open in the mornings.

Dishwasher wasn’t clean and received a weird phone calls late at night. No blinds on the back door that faces right into the sofa bed
