Accommodation in a small charming residence (6 units) in the heart of the village of Saint-Georges d'Oléron for up to 8 people, close to shops (bakery, grocery, newsagent, hairdresser, restaurants, cash machine ...) and 2 km from the beach.

- a kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, induction hob ...

Beaches 2 km East coast: Plaisance, Foulerot .... 2 minutes by car (small road without traffic jam), 10 minutes by bike by bike paths or free shuttle in July and August.

Bien qu'idéalement placé au cœur du village, le logement manque d'âme et sa décoration est réduite à sa plus simple expression. Travaux et ameublement au rabais ne donnent pas envie de s'attarder dans le logement. Il est propre mais on se croirait plutôt dans des chambres d'hôpitaux que dans un appartement à Oléron… quel dommage de ne pas avoir un tant soit peu personnalisé ces grandes pièces pour les rendre plus chaleureuses.
La copropriété est bien agencée ; nous avons passé beaucoup de temps autours de la piscine. D'une façon générale l'agencement extérieur est original et agréable mais l'intérieur du logement mériterait d'être mieux mis en valeur.
