About this apartment rental
Newly renovated! This luxury 1 bedroom penthouse has a king sized bed with private terrace and a double sofa bed in the sitting room, set over 2 levels of a recently renovated building in the heart of Covent Garden on a quiet street in the centre of London.
The apartment is furnished with taste and attention to detail and offers hardwood floors, tailor-made furniture and floor-to-ceiling windows. The apartment has a spacious living area with a lounge style bed, armchair, a projector/tv area, an assorted library and a semi-separate kitchen corner that is fully equipped and furnished with a kitchen that caters for 4 people.
The sleeping area, located upstairs, offers a bedroom with a king sized bed, a desk and a walk-in closet, as well as a bathroom with open shower and access to a private terrace.
The apartment comes fully equipped and includes clean linens and towels.
Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor and accessible via stairs only.
NO ELEVATOR
The apartment is located in the middle of Covent Garden in the very heart of London. The streets surrounding the apartment are mostly pedestrian and all the large retail stores as well as countless boutique stores can be found within a few shorts steps of the apartment.
The neighbourhood also features a large number of theatres, restaurants, cafés, bars as well as the Opera which is in Covent Garden.
The closest underground station is only a very short walk away in Covent Garden (Piccadilly line). A large number of buses going to all parts of London can be found on the Strand just below Covent Garden. The best way to get around is by foot, most attractions such as Piccadilly Circus, Leicester Square, China Town, the Strand, the British Museum are all within a 10-15 minute walk.
You will have access to all amenities provided in the apartment as well as having the apartment to yourself during your stay.
All guests are provided with clean sheets, bath towels, hand towels as well as basic bathroom supplies.
The apartment has Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the apartment that guests can use during their stay.
We will meet you upon your arrival to make sure you feel comfortable with the apartment and to hand over the keys.
Should you have any questions or if any issues arise with the apartment during your stay you can get in touch 24/7 via phone or email.
Regular check-in time is from 3pm to 8pm.
Regular checkout time is up to 11am on the check out day.
If you wish to check-in earlier between 12noon and 3pm please let us know as it might be possible depending on the previous guest’s checking out.

We loved our little home base SO much! Perfect location! Very comfortable king bed and beautiful terrace. Ahhh can’t wait to go back! I have to reveal that the spiral steps leading up 3 floors to the flat are a lot! But well worth it! We are in our 60’s and it was still doable!!

My family really enjoyed our stay! The location is PERFECT. Parents stayed upstairs in the bedroom and 2 teens on the pullout couch downstairs. The stairway up to the 3rd floor is no joke, so be warned! We were there during a heat wave, so we had to contend with that a bit. A fan was provided, but 92 degree London is beastly. Check in was relatively easy...our flight was delayed 4 hours, but the owner was able to accommodate the change in meeting time for the keys and was always extremely responsive. We couldn't get the TV to work but that could easily have been user error! All in all, we really enjoyed our stay in this cute flat.

This husband and wife pair stayed here on business for 5 weeks Nov-Dec 2020 that spanned various lockdown Tiers. Sole is a very attentive host. This flat is in an excellent Seven Dials location, just a walk from West End theatres, the Thames, Covent Garden, The City, Soho and much more. There's a Tesco Metro close by, and many pubs, coffee shops and restaurants. It's a top floor flat, with high ceilings and great natural light, as the photos show. The pleasant little private terrace, off the loft bedroom, overlooks over Neal's Yard area and city lights, nice for cocktail hour! The stairs are as described by the host and previous guests - about 67 of them from street level? - manageable by a normally fit person (we're in our mid-60s and had no trouble.) The kitchen has all the basics; the dining space is ample for a group. The TV/"living room" area is a nice, large space. The only downside: there's no comfortable seating in it for two to hang out together. There's one Eames-style armchair with ottoman (pictured), comfortable enough for one person. But no sofa or 2nd comfortable chair. There's a large mattress on a frame (pictured), where you can prop yourself against the wall with pillows with your legs stretched out before you, which we didn't find super-comfy for either reading or watching TV.We each had a place to work - one at a laptop on the upstairs desk, the other on the dining table. Excellent wi--fi. We brought our Roku device so were able to get Netflix etc. in addition to the available local stations.
