This comfortable apartment with separate bedroom is located in a small building with a total of four apartments, in the heart of Cala San Vicente, just a few minutes from the fine sandy beach, small supermarket, bars and restaurants.
The living room is cozy, open and bright, there is satellite TV and a sofa, which can also be used as a sofa bed for 1 child.
The small American built-in kitchen has a dining table, 2 hotplates, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker.
A large glass door leads to a green terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table with 4 chairs.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, a closet and the bathroom has a bath with shower.
A large communal pool can be used by the guests. This is just 280 meters away.
For 2 people or a family with a child, this apartment is an ideal holiday home
Important: in order to get into the apartment a few steps must be gone, so this holiday home is not handicapped accessible.

We had an excellent stay and Ursula is a fantastic host.
Our flight into Palma was delayed so we ended up arriving very late at night. Finding our way to the apartment was challenging in the dark. We didn’t expect to arrive so late and sadly didn't find the exterior light timer switch til the next morning.
The apartment itself is well appointed and the strong air con in the bedroom will cool the entire apt (as long as fans are provided). There were no fans when we arrived, but Ursula arranged for one to be brought promptly the next morning.
Parking is available for free on the street and even during the high season, we never had a problem finding a parking spot close to the apartment.
There are two excellent beaches and a swimming pool all a short walk from the apartment. It was really nice to have both the sea and a pool available during our stay.
The apartment has a damp issue which leads to a persistent mildew smell in the bathroom and in the bedroom closet. For this reason, we avoided using the bedroom closet. However, the bedroom is plenty big enough so we were able to set up our suitcases on the floor. I could see the mold/mildew being a problem for someone with allergies, so perhaps a dehumidifier can help to improve this.
Cala San Vicente is a lovely and quiet area. We enjoyed day trips over to Alcudia and Port de Pollenca, but also loved coming back to a quieter and less crowded town.
Overall, we had and excellent holiday and would gladly stay here again.
