O apartamento espaçoso e o suficiente para dormir 4 pessoas, além disso a local é de fácil acesso, e tanto o manobrista com as pessoas que atendem na recepção ótimas no atendimento.
Cheiro de mofo no apartamento, quando cheguei eu abrir todas as janelas e liguei para circular o split para ajudar a circular o AR, além disso, o banheiro não tem uma ventilação, é muito abafado. Os elevadores também possuem cheiro de mofo.
