Essentiality, color, comfort and sea view are some of the distinctive features of the Sunrise House. Totally renovated and "set" in the beautiful setting of the port of Sciacca, equipped with every comfort (including free parking a few steps from the door), only 300m walk from the center of Sciacca and a few miles from the most beautiful beaches of the south west coast, it is the perfect location to explore the beauties of western Sicily.

The division of space and the arrangement of the Casa Sunrise furnishings have been designed to give the guest a breathtaking sea view, in all phases of his day, from when he wakes up to when he goes to sleep.
Sunrise House in addition to all the comforts inside the walls, offers a large terrace absolutely private. The horizontal roller blinds and the electric awning make the terrace visible only from the sea.
The entrance, which is located in a quiet and characteristic courtyard, consists of:
- a main room with 4 beds (for the 2018 season there will not be a mattress for the upper bed), a wall closet with sliding doors, SmarTv 28 ", air conditioning, USB sockets.
- a large terrace (25sqm) equipped with: electric awning, horizontal roller blinds, 4 burner professional barbecue, Whirpool sixth sense washing machine, sink, two comfortable deckchairs.
- kitchen equipped with: 5-burner stove, 136lt table-top refrigerator and all necessary kitchenware;
- The bathroom has a large corner shower with sea view, a toilet, a professional hairdryer and a courtesy locker.
- The wifi signal covers the entire house, both internally and externally.

We stayed for four nights in this flat. Pictures and description are accurate, it is very colorfull, clean, and nicely designed. Best part is of course the terrace, which offers a marvelous view of the harbour and the sea, plus it has screens and an awning both for privacy and shadow. We spent a lot of time there. (When there were no people to watch, there were seagulls and swallows.) Surroundings are very lively and real, not some artifical tourist spot.
There are a some very good restaurants nearby, and you can walk in 10 minutes (or so, it is a steep walk) to the center of Sciacca, where you will find many more.
Last, but not least there is Giovanni, the host, who is a very friendly and likeable guy and really wants you to enjoy your stay. (Thanks, man!)

Das kleine Appartement ist genial eingerichtet, sodass man alles unterbringt, und die große Terrasse mit weitem Blick aufs Meer und "Wimmelbild" Fischereihafen ist sehr entspannend. Man bräuchte eigentlich kein anderes Urlaubsprogramm mehr, als dort zu sitzen und zu schauen! Aber dazu gibt es im Städtchen Sciacca zuviel Schönes zu entdecken, und in der Umgebung auch. Giovanni, der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und bemüht, alles in optimalen Zustand zu bieten. Es war eine Freude, ihn kennen zu lernen und wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen! Es ist der richtige Ort für alle, die nicht die abgegrenzte Touristenwelt suchen, sondern am authentischen Leben teilhaben möchten. In 15 min. zu Fuß erreicht man übrigens auch einen schönen Strand.

Ci siamo fermati a Sciacca circa una settimana e in questa piccola casa abbiamo trovato un tesoro. La posizione dell'appartamento è strategica, poichè guarda il porto da un terrazzo ampio all'ultimo piano perfettamente attrezzato, dove è possibile mangiare e godersi il sole in assoluta riservatezza. Si trova parcheggio per l'auto. La casa è pulita ed ha tutte le comodità che una persona può desiderare. Giovanni, il nostro ospite, si è preso cura di noi con disponibilità e squisita gentilezza. Ci ha dato utilissimi consigli di mete turistiche, spiagge e di tutto quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Ne vale veramente la pena, da provare e riprovare.

Casa Sunrise è un ampio monolocale completamente ristrutturato e dotato di aria condizionata.anche il bagno è tutto nuovo.ma la vera chicca è il terrazzo, gigantesco con 2 lettini per riposare e prendersi un po di brezza marina. La posizione è perfetta, sul piccolo ma importante porto di Sciacca (affascinanti i pescherecci che partono) e a 5min a piedi dal centro storico. Perfetta per una coppia
