Experience staying in this spacious apartment in the heart of Granada, where classic charm meets modern design. Accommodating up to 9 guests, its three large windows flood the living room with natural light. The living area features original designer furniture and artwork, classic-style sofas, and a dining zone for eight.
The contemporary-style kitchen is fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances and all the cookware you need, whether you’re making a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner.
There are four bedrooms: three with double beds, one with two single beds, and an extra pull, out bed, comfortably hosting up to nine people.
Enjoy three bathrooms: two in the common areas (one with a shower, one with a bathtub) and a private ensuite in the master bedroom, complete with a walk-in shower.
Just a 15-minute walk from Plaza Nueva, you’ll be surrounded by shops, tapas bars, and some of the city’s top restaurants. A public parking garage is only 200 m away, making arrivals and departures effortless.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them. ** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.

Location location location ! That’s really all your gonna get. Walking distance to main shops, restaurants and all the action.
Cleanliness: Well this is another story. The entire apartment is full of collected dust . While you shower you are standing in soapy water because water is not draining. This was the case in all 3 bathrooms. Kitchen area was probably the worst! A heavy smell filled the air. All counter tops and dishes were dirty. All dishes and cups and utensils had to be washed to remove crust and residue.
Towels: Well stocked, with extra towels.
Linens: Unfortunately most of the bed linens had lint and hair.
Safety: Safe and secure.
Parking: free parking on the street between 9:00 pm- 9:00 am, a paid garage near by.
Although the owner was a great help and a really nice guy the place was not that great. It served its perpose but we will definitely not be back here.
