The shower temperatures in both bathrooms was horrid. Either freezing cold or extremely warm. In the master bedroom the shower faucet was blocked with water coming through only halfway.

Property had an Inverter and Jojo tank
They removed the cables from the large unit TV and replaced with small TV in front of big one. Maybe owner should remove Large TV altogether if they don't want tenants to use it . Just a suggestion
