The apartment is located in the Italian countryside, surrounded by vast farmlands; the area is safe, and I experienced no disturbances whatsoever. Parking is available and cleanliness and comfort are top.
It is located approximately 15 minutes away from tourist attractions. This is not an issue if you have your own car for getting around.
