Господарі просто супер , розмістили нас раніше зазначеного часу та пригостили свіжим інжиром ( за шо ми дуже дякуємо ) . На звʼязку 24/7 , завжди радий допомогти.Пейзажі з тераси просто неймовірні . Чисте помешкання, всім обладнаним, в кожній кімнаті вентилятор , а також в кухні кондиціонер, та все необхідне для приготування їжі.Вечір не був сумний завдяки , більярду та дартс.

Gastgeber sehr nett und immer hilfsbereit.
Betten waren sauber, Klima funktioniert sehr gut, Küche ist gut ausgestattet, Seeview ist wunderbar und die Nachbarn rechts sind sehr nett. (Hr. Thomas)
Auch beim Lärm, hat sich der Besitzer involviert und war es danach Ruhe, deswegen kann man als positives sehen.
Meerwasser ist sehr klar und schön.
Allgemein alles ok.
Lukovo Strand und Ujca Camp Strand waren viel wärmer und schöner als Senj Strand.
Malinska Semisubmarine und Insel Krk sind auch mit dem Auto erreichbar und sehr schön.
Viele Aktivitäten in der Stadt für Erwachsene und Kinder ( z.B. eine Abend war es eine Kinderdisko/Kinderkonzert, danach am nächsten Tag war es Karneval/Fasching für Erwachsene wobei für Kleine Kinder auch lustig war)
Stadt zu Fuß erreichbar, sogar mit eine 4 Jährige Tochter
2 große Supermärkte in der Nähe (Spar 15 Minuten max. zu Fuß)
Leider Lärm durch dünnen Wänden und einen Nachbarn der einem alten Moped hat und fährt extrem laut auch in der Nacht.
Alle Restaurants haben gleiche Menüs...und die Preise sind wirklich hoch. Falls keine Pizza oder Junkfood gewünscht ist, muss man sich mit 80€ durchschnittlich rechnen (2 Erwachsene, denn unser 4 Jährige Tochter hat von uns beiden was bekommen und wir haben geteilt)
Eintrittskarten auch teuer für was angeboten wird (25€ für uns, die Tochter hat nicht bezahlt, für Aquarien in Krk wo die Fische eher leiden als zufrieden sind. 45€ für Semisubmarine für max. 1 Std Fahrt) Straßen sind leider sehr eng und wird unorganisiert geparkt. Müll liegt auch überall und wo Müllstationen sind, ist alles voll, als wird hier nie geputzt oder entleert sein und richt stark wenn man spazieren geht.
Die negativen Seiten sind von der Besitzer nicht abhängig und sind keine Bewertungen für Apartment oder Besitzer Verhalten!

Very nice and friendly hosts, provided all needed information how to reach house and shared all tips on surroundings.
Apartment was very big and had balcony, fully equipped kitchen and big comfortable bed.
Sea and beach are also very close to apartment, wonderful sunset from the balcony.
Unfortunately bathroom didn't meet our expectations.. it simply stinks. We had to close all doors and open windows to be able to sleep.
Also, there was NO parking slot for a car. Our car was simply parked on a street near to house. That's not what we expected as in conditions it was written - PRIVATE parking available, and that actually was key characteristic why we chose this apartment - because of parking. Street was very narrow and whole time we were afraid that someone scratch a car..
Another pain was very loud neighbors. Apparently hosts do not control accommodation rules and do not ask guests to stick to regime of quite from 10PM.. we managed to fall asleep only after midnight.
