the perfect getaway for families or gatherings with friends. Enjoy serene

wooded views from your private deck, get cozy by the fireplace, or whip up

delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen. There's something for everyone

to enjoy with amenities like a charcoal grill for barbeques, a picnic table to

enjoy outdoor meals, a firepit to gather around and share stories or roast

marshmallows, a flat-screen TV, an arcade game table, and a foosball table for

endless entertainment options. The fenced yard area provides a safe space for

kids and pets, while the hot tub promises relaxation after a day of adventure.

The cozy living room is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day of

exploring the great outdoors. The queen sofa sleeper invites you to sink in

and get comfortable and allows for extra sleeping options for guests. Above, a

large flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, perfect for streaming your

favorite shows or movies. But the rustic charm of the wood-burning fireplace

truly steals the show, crackling with warmth and ambiance on cool mountain

evenings. And for those who like a little friendly competition, a retro arcade

game table and foosball table add a touch of nostalgia and fun, challenging

friends and family to a friendly game. This cabin's living room perfectly

blends comfort, technology, and old-fashioned charm.



Kitchen / Dining Room:

The kitchen is a warm and inviting space that will make you feel right at

home. It is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a stainless steel

stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher, so cooking meals has never

been easier. The coffee maker is perfect for brewing a fresh cup to start your

day. The exposed wooden beams enhance the kitchen's rustic charm. A breakfast

bar area provides additional counter space and seating for two for casual

meals or snacks, while the adjacent dining room table seats eight more people,

perfect for family dinners or game nights. There is also a Laundry room with a

washer and dryer near the dining room table. With its blend of form and

function, this kitchen is the heart of the cabin, where memories are made and

meals are savored. Dish towels, starter dish soap, and starter dishwasher pods

are provided.

or enjoy a peaceful morning coffee. And for those who love water, the hot tub

is the ultimate way to unwind, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the

wooded setting. A comfortable seating area on the deck is furnished with

rocking chairs and a table with chairs, perfect for reading a book. For those

who love the thrill of reeling in the big one, a fishing pond just below the

property offers a peaceful spot to cast a line and wait for that elusive bite.

The cabin's fenced-in side yard provides a safe and secure space to keep your

pets contained. And when it's time to fire up for a barbeque, the charcoal

grill is ready to go, perfect for cooking up all your favorite summer treats.

With its blend of comfort, relaxation, and adventure, this outdoor space is

truly a peaceful sanctuary.



Locations/ Roads / Parking:

This cabin is easily accessible via asphalt roads that wind uphill through

Wears Valley, Tennessee. It features level parking for three vehicles. You'll

be just 5 minutes from the Smoky Mountains, 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge, and 25

minutes to Gatlinburg. Both Dollar General and Kroger are within a 15-minute

drive. With such a fantastic location, you're only a short drive away from all

the attractions and amenities Pigeon Forge offers.



Pet Policy:

The pet fee is $100 per dog

There is a 2-dog maximum

We only allow dogs

You will need to bring a crate

Please do NOT leave your pet(s) at the property alone unless they are kept in

a kennel.

The pet fee is non-refundable

Please clean up after your pet(s)

Upon your departure, if we find evidence that the cabin has fleas or there is

damage or additional deep cleaning required due to your pet, you will be

charged for all repairs and/or additional cleaning needed.

Please bring your own sheets/blankets to cover the areas your pet lays or

sleeps on - or an additional fee will be charged for extra cleaning and time

needed due to dog hair and odor left behind.

adventure when you ride coasters at Dollywood, win a game of putt-putt golf,

race go-karts, splash at waterparks, mine for gems, visit museums, and oh-so-

much more! For outdoor fun, you can explore the Great Smoky Mountains National

Park, where you can hike to waterfalls, horseback ride through valleys, picnic

by a river, and fly fish! Once the thrills and adventure are over, visit the

Tanger Outlets and local boutiques, where you can shop until you drop. Enjoy

local cuisine, from southern family-style restaurants to chef-cooked meals at

dinner time. After dinner, you can find a sweet shop on every corner to

satisfy that sweet tooth before returning to the property.



Special Dates:

Out of respect for the holidays and our employees, we do NOT allow ANY check-

ins or check-outs on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New

Year's Eve, or New Year's Day.



Check-In:

4pm - There is NO check-in office; you go straight to the cabin. Once all your

payments have been made, we will send you an email with the door code & we

will resend it a week before your stay.
