Apartamento 2 quartos

Excellent location in my case, just across the street from CICB, the convention center where the events I was attending were held. The apartment is fully equipped with cooking and cleaning equipments. I just needed to buy groceries, and I was set for the whole week. A washing machine was available inside the apt; I washed and ironed my clothes, so I always had a fresh set every day. There are a couple of food establishments in the apartment complex--but I didn't try them. Neighbors were around, minding their businesses and families. Owner was responsive.

The toilet and the basin in the bathroom were a bit too tight/small to my liking, but passable. After a couple of days, I got used to them.

The host is very friendly and helpful.

Localização e atenção da proprietária. Muito prestativa e pronta a responder qqr dúvida. Preocupada em saber se estava tudo em ordem, muito atenciosa. Sempre pronta a atender qualquer solicitação.

Do AP: não há camas de solteiro. No caso de três pessoas, não é mt confortável, não tinha cobertas mas tbm isso não compromete a estadia. Do condomínio:Corretor principal do prédio. Achei escuro, (Talvez por ser antigo piso e pintura deixam a desejar) mas nao impede q seja bom.
