Die 1A Lage und der Ausblick auf den Hafen.

Als wir die Wohnungstür geöffnet haben, kam uns ein sehr unangenehmer, muffiger Geruch entgegen, welcher an Stockflecken und Feuchtigkeit erinnerte. Der Aufenthalt auf dem Balkon wurde ab Mittag durch den permanenten Geruch von ranzigem Fett des darunter liegenden China Imbisses eingeschränkt. Das Doppelbett hat seine besten Jahre weit hinter sich und die Matratzen waren komplett durchgelegen. Die Lamellenvorhänge waren z.T. zerfleddert und einige Lamellen waren schon beim Einzug auf die Kommoden gelegt worden. Insgesamt scheint die Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen zu sein und entspricht nicht mehr dem heutigen Standard für eine möblierte Ferienwohnung. Fazit: Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist trotz 1A Lage und Ausblick einfach schlecht.

Een heerlijke bestemming voor een weekje weg!

Ruim appartement op de eerste etage. Uitzicht was fantastisch en alles is op loopafstand. Waren is echt een leuke havenplaats en alles is voorhanden. Ook de omgeving is erg mooi met de vele meren en wouden.

Mijn Duits, niet iedereen spreekt Engels. Echt tegengevallen is het niet maar om 21.00 sluiten de meeste keukens en terrassen. Voordeel is dat je niet te laat in bed terechtkomt.

Tolle Wohnung in super Lage!

Super Wohnung in einer tollen Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen. Ausstattung war top, es hat praktisch an nichts gefehlt.

Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos dank Safe. Leider hat uns niemand gesagt, dass man für den Parkplatz auf dem Hinterhof eine Fernbedienung benötigt. Wir standen also ziemlich ratlos vom Tor und haben versucht, es mit den Schlüsseln zu öffnen. Telefonisch war von der Vermietung niemand erreichbar. Ein anderer Mieter konnte uns dann mit der Info helfen und wir haben die Fernbedienung auch in der Wohnung gefunden. Alles nicht dramatisch, aber eine Info vorher wäre dennoch nett gewesen. Wir hatten dann während unseres Aufenthaltes ein weiteres Problem, aber auch diesmal war die Verwaltung nicht zu erreichen. Nicht während der Öffnungszeiten und auch nicht danach. Das empfinde ich als ziemlich ärgerlich, wenn man damit wirbt, es wäre immer jemand im Notfall erreichbar. Es gibt nur ein Schlafzimmer. Für zwei bis drei Personen perfekt, allerdings würde ich die Wohnung nicht für Familien oder Gruppen empfehlen. Die Couch im Wohnzimmer ist sehr unbequem und zum Schlafen m.M.n. ungeeignet.
