La posizione ottima e la disponibilità della ragazza alla reception che ha cercato di colmare tutti i problemi causati dalla scarsa pulizia(che non effettua lei).
La scarsa pulizia, polvere ovunque lavandino intasato asciugamani strappati e consumati e solo su richiesta gli “asciugamani ospiti” per non parlare della cucina che quando prenoti é utilizzabile ma quando arrivi in struttura si può usare solo per i bambini. Concludiamo con il frigorifero che non rinfresca nulla e in estate con l’acqua calda è stato un delirio con un bambino di appena 3 anni.
