About this apartment rental
The property is located in a quiet area, five minutes' walk from Koralj Beach. In this newly renovated villa you will find three spacious and comfortable apartments with a heated pool and beautiful terraces. A communal garden with barbecue facilities is available to all guests. Nearby there is a restaurant, bar and grocery store.
Apartment no. 3 is located on the ground floor and with a total area of 55 square meters offers ideal accommodation for 4 people. The apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms. The living room has direct access to the terrace overlooking the pool and is surrounded by lush greenery. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all the necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom is contemporary like the rest of the apartment and has a walk-in shower and an additional toilet. Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment, on the terrace / balcony.
For common use are available: outdoor pool, parasol, sun lounger, garden furniture, grill and pool bar.
*** Distances: sea: 450 m / beach: 450 m / center: 700 m / shop: 250 m / restaurant: 300 m / diving club: 800 m
***Additional charges - payable on arrival in cash:
- Registration fee: € 4,50 once per person
- Security damage deposit: € 100 will be collected in cash, and refunded on departure less any damages or extra charges that may occur.

Der Empfang durch den Vermieter Vito und seiner Freundin Katarina war sehr herzlich. Die Ferienwohnung und der Pool sind super gepflegt. Das Angebot in der Hausbar ist umfangreich und preiswert. Als der Sohn des Vermieters zu Besuch kam, wurden wir sogar zum gemeinsamen Essen eingeladen und wir konnten wie Freunde miteinander feiern. Die Verständigung mit den Menschen ist super, da sie mehrere Sprachen sprechen.
Es war ein super Urlaub unter netten, gastfreundlichen Menschen. Alles war perfekt, wir kommen gerne wieder.
