About this cottage rental

rent cottage 350 m from the port of Binic and its beaches, close to all amenities, car not essential. Recent cottage, neat decoration.
Near st quay portrieux, Paimpol, Perros Guirec, the whole coast of pink granite. One hour from Mont St Michel.
Very calm lodging. Free access to the spa. garden furniture and barbecue. Throughout the summer many evenings are planned on the music port. Concert, jazz festival.

Location bien située, place de parking. Maison très propre et décorée avec goût. La propriétaire habite juste en face mais est très discrète.

De communicatie met de eigenaar tot de aankomst verliep heel goed. Ik las ook goede commentaar op het internet, dus had hoge verwachtingen. Bij de aankomst echter veranderde de sfeer een beetje. We kregen meteen een medische les over hoe je een jacuzzi gebruikte. Ook de kinderen mochten er niet in omdat dit niet geschikt zou zijn onder 6 jaar. Thuis nemen kleine kinderen ook een bad van 37 à 38 graden, terwijl de jacuzzi maar 32,5 graden was. Dit was omdat er een lek was en een firma in de week dat wij logeerde langskwam om dit te repareren. Het gebruik van de jacuzzi werd eigenlijk niet gestimuleerd. Wellicht omwille van de stijgende energieprijzen. De eigenaar zou dan best hier niet mee uitpakken via de website. Het huisje zelf was op zich wel leuk, maar er tegenover woonde de eigenares waar je helemaal kon binnen kijken. Er waren geen gordijnen en de jacuzzi stond langs haar living met open inkijk. Dat geeft toch helemaal geen privacy bij iemand in de living een jacuzzi nemen. Men zegt dat veel afhangt van een eerste indruk maar die was bij ons niet volgens de verwachtingen. Het had anders kunnen verlopen, maar ik denk dat veel huiseigenaars tegenwoordig niemand vertrouwen, maar gedwongen worden om toch te verhuren. Voor de rest was het huisje voor de prijs ik betaald heb, wel mooi. De eigenaar was wel discreet.

Accueil chaleureux, propriétaire discrète et disponible si problème. le gîte est propre et confortable, pour le nombre de personnes, c'est plutôt pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, le spa est agréable en fin de journée de visite. C'est parfait pour les animaux car la cour est fermée. Rien à redire sur notre séjour

Bon week-end passé dans ce logement. Nous avons été bien accueillis. Il y a tout les ustensiles nécessaires dans la maison et elle était très propre. Je pourrais conseiller la mise à disposition d'un minimum de condiments de cuisines.

Appartement parfaitement propre, très bien meublé avec goût. La propriétaire est très chaleureuse tout en étant très discrète. Que du positif. La propriétaire accepte les animaux, s'il y avait plus de gens comme cela, il y aurait moins d'abandons...et cela n'empêche pas à l'appartement d'être nickel.

wir als Familie mit Kleinkind (1 Jahr) waren sehr zufrieden und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin ist sehr sympatisch und zurückhaltend. Mit Kleinkind sollte man ein Bettchen und einen Kinderstuhl mitbringen. Man sollte aber daran denken, dass die schöne Treppe ungesichert ist und für so kleine Mäuse nicht geeignet ist. :)

Ein schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage und eine zuvorkommende Vermieterin, die sich um jedes Anliegen schnell kümmert. Vermisst haben wir den in der Beschreibung erwähnten Garten, es ist eher ein Innenhof der gemeinsam mit der Vermieterin genutzt wird.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux, les explications sur le logement. Celui-ci est fonctionnel, la pièce de vie est vaste, les chambres sont grandes et les 2 salles de bain adjacentes pratiques. Le jacuzzi est un plus très agréable.

Nous sommes venus pour la deuxième fois et nous faisons le projet de revenir l'été prochain. Vacances en famille avec enfants et petits enfants (7) Correspondant à la description, la maison est très agréable, très propre et bien agencée. Proximité de la plage et des commerces. La propriétaire est charmante, très accueillante et discrète. A recommander sans réserve. Très belle région, avec beaucoup de possibilité de promenades. Nous avons eu un temps magnifique. . Nous avons hâte d'y revenir.

Bonsoir madame. Tous nous semble quasi parfait sauf quelques petits points mineurs qui sont à l'Internet et qu'on ne sait pas rentrer avec une voiture à taille basse comme beaucoup de voitures de sport. Nous avons tous particulièrement apprécié votre disponibilité et vous en remercie encore une fois. Bien à vous. PS : pour l'Internet je vous propose le système TP link qui est un système qui emploi votre ligne électrique pour le restituer en wi-fi
