Splendido dammuso in una zona centrale di Pantelleria con la massima facilita di spostamento sull isola. Immerso nel verde ben curato all interno e all esterno e dotato di tutto quanto necessario per viverci alla grande

Casa razionale e ben equipaggiata. Giardino molto vario e tenuto con cura. Spazi esterni sfruttabili a tutte le ore con zone confortevoli sia al sole che all'ombra.
ll nome "Magia" all'ingresso della proprietà rispecchia la realtà.
